I’m STILL smiling thinking about our incredible “Move with Grace” Wellness Day in Franschhoek! 🥹 What a beautiful, joyful & hugely successful day… And yet another reminder of just how special it is when we take the magic of bounti beyond the four walls of our studios 🤩🙌

From bouncing with a field full of first-time bouncers to connecting with incredible women, wellness brands, businesses & like-minded ladies, it was everything I hoped it would be & MORE! 🥳 And this is exactly why I’m so excited about bounceCHELLA (@bounceCHELLAglobal)… It’s all about taking bounti ON THE ROAD & bringing our unique combo of movement, energy, connection & FUN to all sorts of different spaces & communities 🫶

💛 Wellness days & retreats, creating an energising movement experience that gets everyone involved, regardless of their fitness level 💪
💛 Corporate events; getting teams moving, laughing & connecting in a way that feels completely different from your usual corporate wellness offering! 🏋️‍♀️
💛 Large-scale events… Bringing that unmistakable bounti energy to BIGGER crowds & showing even more people just how much fun rebounding can be! 😍
💛 Private & community events, creating memorable experiences where people can move, connect & simply have a really good time together 😘

“Move with Grace” was yet another super successful bounceCHELLA event, & honestly… It’s only the beginning! 😅 We have SO many exciting events & opportunities coming up for the rest of this year, & I can’t wait to share more of what we’ve been working on 🥰 And if you’d love to have bounceCHELLA at your next event, please reach out to our team at marketing@lisaraleigh.com… We’d LOVE to hear from you & explore how we can bring the bounti magic to YOUR people! ✨

Taking bounti on the road fits so beautifully into our bigger business vision, because I truly believe that the magic of what we do shouldn’t be limited to a studio timetable… There are SO many more humans we can reach, move & inspire 😉 So, watch this space! 👀

This time we got together to heal BY HAVING FUN! 💛

Move with Grace Season 4 lived up to its caption: “The Joy Edition” at the beautiful Kose in Franschhoek, and honestly, what a reminder that joy is part of the journey to.

We’ve cried. We’ve dug deep. We’ve confronted the parts of ourselves that needed healing. We’ve had the uncomfortable conversations and done the inner work but this time, Clauds reminded us that life isn’t only about doing the work, it’s also about living, laughing, dancing and embracing the moments, even through the messy times.

And we JOY’D through it!!! 💃🏾

From being welcomed with the delicious Two In A Bush rooibos iced tea range, staying replenished with Quinton’s Natural 78 Ionic Mineral vials, then fuelling our bodies with PhytoPro Protein shakes, and we were kept camera-ready thanks Hayley Joy Artistry & her team.

We BOUNCED with Lisa and yassis what at a lekker time was had, it was a workout and a dance party all in one! 🤣

We enjoyed a beautiful organic lunch spread from Kose, perfectly paired with the smooth delicious wines from Seven Sisters.

We danced. 💃🏾
We sang. 🎶
We laughed until our cheeks hurt. 🤭
We made new connections. 🫶🏾
We strengthened old ones. 💖
And for a little while, we simply allowed ourselves to just be free. 💛

Because sometimes the healing is in the laughter too.
Sometimes the growth is in letting your hair down.
And sometimes you don’t need to figure life out… you just need to dance through it, and boy did I dance 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you, Clauds, for once again creating a space where women can show up exactly as they are, and for reminding us that JOY is not a distraction from the journey that it’s part of the journey. 💛

Move with Grace, you’ve done it again!
Season 5 loading?! 😜

Oh & wait till you see the goodie bag 🎁

Move with Grace. The JOY edition 💛
And that was exactly the order of the day. ✨

I honestly can’t remember the last time I laughed like that. From the moment we walked through the entry, to the jumping, the vendors, the food, the beautiful company, and the dancing…

A day filled with movement, laughter, good people and even better energy.

Take me BACK! 😭💛✨

What an incredible, joy-filled weekend at Move with Grace. 🤍✨

A holistic weekend filled with movement, connection, reflection, and most importantly… JOY.

Every week, I draw a card from my Biblical box — a verse that becomes my focus and reminder for the week ahead. Today, I pulled this one… and honestly, it left me in awe. 🥹✨

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

After everything I’ve taken home from this weekend, this verse feels like such a beautiful confirmation. A reminder that joy isn’t something we have to chase or wait for. Sometimes, we simply need to slow down, open our hearts, and recognise that it has been there all along. 🤍

This weekend reminded me to choose joy. To be present. To appreciate the little moments. To trust the journey. And to keep making space for the things that make my soul feel alive.

What a beautiful way to step into this new week. ✨
My heart is full. My cup is overflowing. And I’m choosing JOY. 🤍

Move with Grace season 4. 💛

I believe in Ecclesiastes 3 which says that there is a time for everything. This was our season of JOY. After a tough year with losing my Dad (in-law) in February, this was my season to laugh again.

This Move with Grace season 4 was everything myself and my mom needed. I took her with me as my birthday gift to her because she taught me that JOY comes in the morning. We laughed and danced and bounced and ate and relaxed and decompressed and laughed some more.

Thank you for being obedient @transformwithclauds with every detail of the day.

This will definitely be a quarterly/annual event for myself and my mom. God willing.

How fitting that Hayley Joy Artistry could be part of a day centred around CHOOSING JOY! 💛 Move with Grace Season 4 - Choosing JOY. Choosing happiness.

And what better way to add a little extra joy than with a makeup touch-up?💄
