Episode 6: Food is Fuel! 🔥👨🏼‍🍳 @transparentprime 💪🏾

Ever since my wrist surgery, I made the decision to hire a private chef. Physio has been a huge part of getting back on the court, but what you put into your body is just as important.

I linked up with my friend @vb_pau and spoke about exactly what I wanted and needed from a nutrition standpoint.

Every week, chefs @uri_domenech and @donareq put together a menu for both me and my wife. The goal isn’t just to hit our nutritional needs, but to make food we actually look forward to eating. They don’t miss! 🔥🔥🔥

Transparent Prime works with a lot of athletes, but honestly, their service is for anyone who wants to eat better without the stress of planning and cooking.

Health is wealth! 🙏🏾
