“If you can’t communicate and talk to other people… you’re giving up your potential.” – Warren Buffett

Tras McMillian is proof that communication is one of the most valuable skills in business and in life. It’s not just about talking — it’s about understanding, articulating, and setting a clear vision that others want to follow.

In this episode, Tras shares how mastering communication has helped him lead across multiple industries — from real estate to media to entrepreneurship — all while staying grounded in faith and purpose.

If you want to grow your business, grow your team, or grow yourself — start by sharpening how you communicate.
