Pl€asure has SO LITTLE to do with s€x and SO much to do with safety in our bodies. That’s where the two sides of my work meet. Somatic trauma-informed healing helps us build safety, so that we can open ourselves up to pl€asure.

Working with me (a trauma-informed s€x, pl€asure + !ntimacy coach) means a linear journey from numbness, into the shadowy, painful parts underneath, so that you can uncover the boundless pl€asure underneath.

You can only experience as much pl€asure as your ability to feel your own pain. Trauma, whether it’s grief or abus€, numbs everything. It’s up to you to come back to yourself, come back to your body, come back to your pl€asure.

Dm or comment ‘clarity’ if you’d like to know more about the process of working with me.

My favourite thing to do is show women why they are indeed feminists 🙃

Experiencing pl€asure is AN ACT OF FEMINISM because it goes against patriarchal views of women.

Disagree with me? Talk to me in the comments.

We were sold a masculine pathway to healing + it’s not working for women. Healing should look + feel like THIS.

This is why I created the Alchemistress day immersions 🔥

A full day retreat to soften into pl€asure, to heal the feminine way.

Leave feeling lighter, softer + reconnected to your essence.

DM IMMERSION for the link ❤️‍🔥

The fucked up package that feminine embodiment coaches have been trying to sell us, is that the feminine is soft, gentle, calm.

Show me where in nature feminine things are only soft, gentle and calm.

Hurricanes are given female names. The sea is powerful enough to drown huge ships. Lionesses hunt and protect.

A feminine embodiment coach that tries to teach you to be only gentle and soft, is just repackaging the manosphere and patriarchy. She’s shaming you for your innate feminine nature, which is also hot and fiery and passionate and fierce and powerful.

We don’t follow rules from the manosphere. No thank you. We follow our innate, primal feminine nature. We don’t dull ourselves or make ourselves more palatable. We learn to be completely in trust of our feminine energy, which is more powerful than any other energy on this planet.

The feminine has a shadow, yes. And that’s why it’s our work as women to bring it into the light, to slay our shame and release our resentment and anger. Because our energy is so incredibly powerful that we have to learn to hone it. And we don’t learn that in school.

Join the school for the feminine, the real feminine. The school for pl€asure, k!nk, connection + relationships. It’s called Alchemistress and it’s a 3 month programme.

If Eve brought original sin to the world from an act of pl€asure, eating a delicious, juicy apple, then it’s no wonder as women we live with a low level of shame.

And we’re now internalising lost libido as well. And when we pile shame onto it, it becomes even harder to express our desires.

When we struggle to express our desires, we blame hormones, age, stress, our partners. But we don’t ask - when did it become unsafe to desire? When did pl€asure start feeling like something I had to earn?

Desire comes back online when the body feels safe enough to have it and express it. That’s the work. That’s Alchemistress.

Application link in bio or comment/DM ALCHEMISTRESS. Doors close end of the week.

If you’ve done the therapy, the breathwork, the energy healing, but still waiting to feel fully alive and present in your body, this is for you.

The wound doesn’t live in your mind - it lives in your body, and healing that never reaches your pl€asure is only half the work.

Alchemistress is the other half. 3 months, intimate group, doors close in 5 days.
