Over 4,000 cups. More than 2,000 global hospitality professionals. Three days at ILTM North America. ☕️ For our second year collaborating with ILTM, Louis & Steen’s brought our specialty coffee bar to Baha Mar Convention Center, serving some of the world’s leading hospitality brands, travel advisors and minds in luxury travel. In partnership with Amazing Thailand, we also introduced traditional Thai iced tea, a rich, aromatic black tea served sweet and creamy over ice. The response? So good we’re bringing it to a Louis & Steen’s near you very soon. 🧋🇹🇭

Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina & Dubai Harbour—Three Mega Projects, One Frame

Three of Dubai’s boldest urban feats in a single view. In the foreground, Palm Jumeirah, a man-made island built with 94 million cubic meters of sand and rock, extending the coastline by 500+ km—no concrete foundation, just engineering precision.

Beyond it, Dubai Marina, home to over 200 high-rises, including some of the world’s tallest residential towers. Between the two lies Dubai Harbour, also on reclaimed land, featuring the region’s largest marina and a cruise terminal handling 1.2M passengers a year.

Today, I toured the Balqis Residences on the Crescent. I viewed a 29,000,000 AED (~$7.9M USD) duplex penthouse, and this is the view. The full property tour drops next Friday—stay tuned.

I stopped into @TopGolfDubai and had the time of my life. Great competition and comradery over classic bar food and great drinks.

Top Golf Dubai is your premier entertainment destination and boasts a three-level venue with 96 hitting bays, 3 restaurants, a mini golf experience, high energy arcade, and of course a seriously good time!

It is located in Emirates Hills 2, or more generally the Dubai Marina / JLT District. I most certainly will be back!

Last night I officially started decorating for Christmas …beginning with the Christmas tree is a wonderful way to set the decor theme for your house during the holiday season. Though I must admit that these lights had me all wrapped up.

Remember, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the process of decorating your Christmas tree. Let your creativity shine while setting the decor theme for your house, and create a festive atmosphere that brings joy to your family and guests during the holiday season.
