Happy 251st Birthday To The World Greatest Navy. The Memories , The Family I Got accepted into is one of the biggest pros to this organization. My brothers and my sisters I have lost along the way still roll with me to this day. This Navy has been a experience like no other and I wouldn’t change it for nothing. @travienboyd is an example of what perseverance is all about. He suffered a leg injury that kept him from running for quite sometime, but he dug deep and rehabilitated himself back to health. He strategically stayed away from running on pavement after the fact due to the wear & tear concrete can have on the body, but he made an exception this time in order to be featured on TBM.

He’s the type of person to overcome anything, and come back better than before. With a pace of 6:08 during this run, so far he has the fastest time amongst our runners up to this point. That’s a testament to his determination and grit. Full video is now on YouTube 🏃🏿🏃🏿

First time ever in Chicago and I got to connect with so many people from all over who came to run the @chidistanceseries half marathon! I ran it as charity runner for @peace_runners773 ($90 until we hit our goal, thanks everyone!) I tried something new this race. I did not monitor pace during this race which felt a little weird but I chose to go by effort and whatever time would come with it. While this wasn't a PR I'm happy with this race. Pretty much perfect splits while not constantly checking building even more racing experience. The energy was really high this race especially at mile 6 with @runitup_dallas @themeetupcollective_tmc and @peace_runners773 cheering everyone on. I always say it but shout out to the community 🙌.

Nothing else like Race Day Vibes⚔️
The Crew took flight at the @amptrunning Shoots & Ladders event! Still soaking this one in. Hit a new PR! 18:48 finishing time & took 3rd overall. I’m surrounded by teammates who constantly inspire me to level up. Amazing what can happen when you’re around people who push you, believe in you, & refuse to let you settle. Grateful for every step and every person who was part of it! Team @runitup_dallas
We are here to elevate.
You see us pull up we take over!

When you’re surrounded by greatness, growth stops being optional.
Standards rise. Mindsets shift. Effort changes. You either level up… or get left behind.
