“What’s that you say…? 🎶 I need a hero. 🦸🏾‍♂️

Well… the dives. 🤿
The over-the-shoulder passes. 💪🏾🏐
The over-the-head rebounds. 🔥
The one-arm saves just to keep the ball alive. 🫡🏐

THAT’S athleticism. ⚡️

We needed a hero. 🦸🏾‍♂️
And when the moment called for one…
WE BROUGHT OUR BEST WHEN OUR BEST WAS NEEDED. 🏆🔥🏐”

🔥🏐 6–1!!! REGULAR SEASON COMPLETE!!! 🏐🔥

What a way to close out the regular season! 🎉🙌🏾 We finish 6–1 and tonight was a COMPLETE TEAM EFFORT from start to finish! 💯🔥

For the first set, we had to play all-around and fully rotate 🔄🏐 — everybody had to be ready to step in and contribute wherever needed. And then in the second set, we ran a 5–1 and everybody adjusted beautifully! 👏🏾🔥

That flexibility, communication, and ability to go with the flow of the game was EVERYTHING tonight! 🧠💪🏾🏐🙌🏾

🔥 Great sets from everybody!
👏🏾 Great job setting!
🛡️ Great job in the back!
💪🏾 Great job adjusting!
🔄 Great job rotating!
🗣️ Great communication!
❤️‍🔥 Great TEAM energy!

And Pat in the back — GREAT JOB!!! 🫡👏🏾🔥💯

This is exactly the kind of team chemistry we need heading into the tournament! 🏆🏐😤

📅 August 30th = TOURNAMENT TIME!!! 🏆🔥

6–1. Regular season COMPLETE. ✅
Now it’s time to finish the job. 😤🏆🔥

LET’S GOOOOOOOOOO!!! 🗣️🔥🏐💪🏾🙌🏾👏🏾💯❤️‍🔥😤🏆🥳🎉🔥🔥🔥🏐🏐🏐

🏐🔥 WELCOME TO THE ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE ERA! 🔥🏐

We are 1-0

Today, Set It Off officially stepped into Advanced Intermediate and battled an incredibly talented “Hot to Serve” squad. 💪🏾 Every rally pushed us, every point challenged us, and every moment reminded us why growth happens outside of your comfort zone. 🙌🏾

Coming into this match, I won’t lie—I wasn’t completely confident about running a 5-1 rotation. 😅 It was new territory for many of us. But you never become great by avoiding the things that challenge you. Growth comes from trying, making mistakes, learning, and showing up again. Today was proof of that. 💯📈

💜 To our amazing mentor, @__beanswithbrina …

There aren’t enough words to truly express how grateful we are for you. You didn’t just coach us—you gave us confidence when we questioned ourselves, guidance when we felt overwhelmed, and calm when the game started moving a little too fast. 🫶🏾

You took time out of your incredibly busy schedule to pour into this team, walk us through every rotation, answer every question, and stand beside us every step of the way. Without your patience and leadership, we’d probably still be collecting rotation faults. 😂 Instead, we walked away with knowledge, confidence, and a better understanding of the game.

Your impact goes far beyond today’s match. You have helped shape this team’s growth, and you’ve reminded us what true leadership looks like. We hope you know just how appreciated, respected, and genuinely invaluable you are to Set It Off. Thank you for believing in us before we fully believed in ourselves. We couldn’t have asked for a better mentor. 💜🏐🌟

🙌🏾 And a huge shoutout to @momose13 for encouraging me before the game to accept this challenge. Iron sharpens iron, and opportunities like this are exactly what help us grow as humans. Thank you for believing we were ready to take that next step. 💪🏾🔥

The journey is just getting started… and we’re excited for what’s next! 😈🏐

🏆 MVP will be announced during our scrimmage/practice this Tuesday at Maryland Juniors! Everyone is welcome to come out, suppo

🏐🔥 AND SO IT BEGINS… SET IT OFF IS BACK! 🔥🏐

First practice is officially in the books, and whewwww… the VIBES were already on 💯! 😮‍💨✨

Even though most of us have played together before, today was all about learning each other’s game all over again, building chemistry 🤝, communicating 🗣️, and getting back into that groove. 💪🏾🏐 We also welcomed some new faces to the family! 🙌🏾❤️ Y’all already fit right in, and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together this season! 🔥

This season isn’t just about volleyball… it’s about creating legendary memories 🏆, strengthening friendships 🤞🏾, building unbreakable bonds ❤️, supporting one another 💯, and making sure every single practice and every single game is filled with laughter 😂, positive energy ⚡, and nothing but GOOD VIBES! 🎉🎶

Win, lose, or draw… one thing is guaranteed: we’re going to have FUN! 😎🙌🏾 The chemistry will grow 📈, the skills will sharpen 🎯, and the memories will last forever. 💙🖤

Here’s to another amazing season with my Set It Off family! Let’s work hard 💪🏾, stay locked in 🔒, hype each other up 📣, and make this one to remember! 🚀🏐

LET’S SET IT OFF!! 🔥🏐💥
