⭐️FOUR YEARS LATER⭐️⁣
⁣
This pic was around the time Chris got the offer to direct and choreograph a musical about Michael Jackson. ⁣
⁣
Needless to say it’s been a roller coaster ride for so many reasons. ⁣
⁣
But while I’m always proud/amazed by my husband’s creativity, I don’t have the words to describe how proud I am of his integrity and character. ⁣
⁣
This show has demanded patience, courage, immense honest introspection and an unbreakable allegiance to keeping his eye on simply making the best piece of art possible. ⁣
⁣
Tonight is the first preview and to everyone involved I bow the most profound bow of respect and gratitude. ⁣

So thrilled to hear these two formidable executives speak about the work they are doing at @theatreleadershipproject and their views on the change that needs to happen. Can’t block or direct your show right now? Then do it with cereal boxes and a paper cut out cast. @raymondbaynard is ready @mjthemusical/miniature madness. #directing #musicaltheatre #broadwaywillbeback #broadwaycommunity

Yo! A group of airplanes just flew overhead and wrote in the sky “Not A Safe City. #xmap I went out front to follow the message and the whole thing reads “Not A Safe City. #xmap Yer Tax $ go to cage kids.” Wake up San Diego. Work to be done and folks putting in the time and $ to be sure we are not sleepwalking on the horrors we are paying for. #inplainsight
