Got taken do. Ended up getting the tech.

Wrestling requires a short memory. You’re going to lose positions and exchanges. Don’t waste time thinking about the last one.

Escape. Reset. Win the next position. Score the next points.

One exchange at a time.

Another great opportunity to train with one of our talented alumni. An elite competitor with proven results.
Private lessons available in both the Tri-Cities and Atlanta areas. Take advantage of a great opportunity to get better, DM or call to get started.

Thank you God.

Whatever comes next I’ll be prepared for solely because of this sport. Though I didn’t end up with what I wanted I proved to be one of the best on the stage and that I can thank God for everyday. I’ll forever be grateful

Definitely not how I wanted my career to end, but I’m proud to say I’m going out a 2x All-American. Thank you to all my coaches, teammates, and loved ones who believed in me.
