Fellow Instructors. Can I ask for your input and help?

How many teens have you got in your classes?

As Instructors we try and teach the things that aren't getting taught in schools — the breathing, the positive mindset, resilience and how to deal with failure.

And it's so important these qualities don't get forgotten and left in the Dojang.

So I wrote it all down. A proper workbook for teens, including mindset, breath, self-talk, confidence, the lot. Everything we teach on the mats, in their hands at home.

Nobody else is teaching this stuff. So we will.

I would love for you to get involved in this project and spread the word about the book to your students and their families.

I've just run a special seminar and given each of my students a workbook to use at home — and it's helping them all massively.

Drop your number of teens in the comments 👇 and I'll get back to you about copies for your school. Bulk orders sorted.

Everyone else — you're welcome to grab yours at www.yousawmeforareason.co.uk

Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏

You know when you work with someone and you just have an awesome time and then they send you pictures of pollen under the microscope? Yeah, that’s the good stuff 👌
First look at this shoot with the lovely @treeoflifemai in @ladylucielatex ❤️

When the sharpest words wanna cut me down, I'm gonna send a flood, gonna drown them out, I am brave, I am bruised, I am who I'm meant to be , this is me.
Look out 'cause here I come,
And I'm marching on to the beat I drum, I'm not scared to be seen, I make no apologies, this is me. ✊💖
They played this song at pride this year and it was honestly one of the most beautiful moments and the words really spoke to me.
I've also spent all day editing my video from pride and it'll be up this weekend 💙💚💛🧡💜💖

Happy Beltane for those of you who celebrate it! I would love to hear how you are celebrating? ✨

I have been for a lovely walk, picked some beautiful flowers for my alter and I think I will spend the rest of my evening relaxing, meditating, burning my favourite incense (white sage) lighting all my candles and listening to some lovely music :) ✨🌙
