From Training Partners to Rivals 🏒

Nick and Ryan Suzuki have spent plenty of time together at EPIC, putting in the work in the gym and on the ice while continuing to chase the same dream.

Trevor Williamson’s connection with Nick and Ryan goes back more than a decade, with summers spent training together and helping shape their development year after year.

Seeing years of training, development, and hard work come full circle with Nick and Ryan sharing NHL ice is an EPIC example for every young athlete working toward that same dream.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of their journey and even prouder to see where all those years of commitment have taken them.

What a moment for Nick, Ryan, and the entire Suzuki family!

Testimonial Tuesday! 📝

Julia has quickly emerged as one of Canada’s brightest hockey stars, combining a powerful shot, elite scoring touch, and a strong two-way game. In her sophomore PWHL season, she recorded 20 points in 30 games with Seattle before helping Team Canada capture a silver medal at the 2026 Winter Olympics. Her ability to make an impact at both ends of the ice has established her as one of the most exciting young forwards in women’s hockey. Not to mention, she always brings such a positive attitude to the gym and is an incredible role model for all our younger athletes.

We’re grateful that Julia trusts us with her development and excited to support her continued growth. Thanks for the review, Julia!

The Sheriff 🤠

For years, Lawson Crouse and Trevor Williamson have put in the work together, building trust through every rep, every conversation, and every offseason.

Lawson shows up with the same attitude every day. Humble, hardworking, and always willing to push the people around him.

One of the NHL’s hardest workers, and an even better person! 👏
