What an amazing weekend! We went out there and did what we said we were going to do!

What made it even better is that we got to do it surrounded and supported by so many people that wanted to see us succeed. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for all the support i received from friends and strangers.

I can’t wait to share more about this experience.

Ironman Waco 70.3 (3hrs 50 minutes). 2nd age group and 17th overall finisher. World Championship Qualifier (Chatty bound! 🚂). We keep moving the right direction!

Couldn’t ask for a better day! We got so lucky with the break in the weather and got to race without a ton of rain on the bike. The swim was canceled, which I’m sure most people didn’t mind 🤣

2hr 14 bike
1hr 34 run

Next up - running season! Time to get my running on point. Tucson Marathon + Austin Marathon coming up next.

WACO WIN 2025

It’s Waco 70.3 race week and I can’t help but to look back on last year’s race

FIRST. @tri.willwatson won and claimed his Pro Card. Will and I moved to Austin in 2022 both with no real game plan other than go after our visions and make it work. His was to become a Professional Triathlete. I was the one who picked Will up from the airport when he moved (we had texted once) and he gave me chocolates as a thank you (how romantic). Capturing this moment of his moment is one of the highlights of my career

SECOND. Waco 2025 is where it really hit me that THIS is what I want to do. I spent years confused on what I wanted to do and that day it all just clicked for me. I loved being behind the camera and it was going to become my full-time job

📸I’ll be covering over 80 (yes, I know… wild) @nvdmcoaching athletes at Waco 70.3 this weekend. Pumped.

WELCOME TO TEXAS🤠

This is truly hard to put into words. I am beyond grateful for the honor and privilege to write the foreword for @ironmanvoice new book, “Finding Your Finish Line” This book is not just for athletes but for anyone and everyone needing inspiration in their life.

For more than three decades, Mike has stood at finish lines witnessing humanity at its rawest. He has called over 450,000 athletes across the line and been the voice behind some of the most emotional moments in sports. But what makes Mike different is that he never made those moments about himself. He made them about the person crossing the line.

That same humility pours through every page of this book.

It is a book about resilience. Grit. Purpose. Faith. Family. Loss. Reinvention. And the deeply human desire to become something greater than our circumstances. You do not have to be an IRONMAN to understand it. You just have to be human.

To have my name inside a book alongside the icons and legends Mike has shared the finish line with is something I will never take for granted.

Comment “finish line” below and I will send you the link to grab your copy today. Your story is not over. Your finish line is still waiting for you.
