to the PNW🌲

Cascade Lakes Relay (216 miles) to kick off the trip. A few trips to Coos Bay for some non existent swim training & became pro in corn hole? Nothing like a little reset to get you excited for the next block🚴

Excited to get back into the swing of 3hr rides in 1000% humidity before the sun is up!

also C’MON ENGLAND🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿☕️🔥

A little bit of this, a little bit of that.

On my way to returning to running, had to stop and do a little side quest to @wildflowerexperience for a last second fun 70.3 relay.

Massive shoutout to @therunmechanics262 for helping me get back to consistent easy miles. Could not recommend Dan more.

& bike fit by @hightechcyclingstudio if you need a dialed fit holy cow.. it feels like a million bucks.

of course a little training here and there. by @tri.willwatson

100 miles over last weekend🤘

& a little more optimism

Doing my first triathlon of the year (a relay…) where i can throw down a fun bike split. May Flower if anyone else is going😎

Started working with @therunmechanics262 to finally get to the bottom of my run injuries. Feeling more confident I’ll be able to get back to the normal run routine🤞

5 months of on & off shin splints is the most annoying injury I’ve ever had. Doesn’t mean I stopped training tho, biking for fun & just doing what I can. Just looking forward to the day I can beat my half marathon PR I set almost 4 years ago.💀

Also so hyped for those racing IM Texas tho weekend. Excited to be making the trip down to support all the @nvdmcoaching athletes taken in Austin, Texas by @tri.willwatson

First year of Pro Triathlon looking a bit different from what I expected.

Still dealing with some run injuries that just love to hang around.. shin splints would you believe it.

Decided it’s best to not stress making the early season races and instead wait for the back half. Don’t worry, I’m still fully committed to getting clapped in the pro field.

Doing something different this season & signed up for my first Driveway Series. Racing in the Cat 4/5 at the moment but so excited to move up the ranks.

So now we just keep having fun & play the long game🤘 by @tri.willwatson

2025 was pretty insane.

I say “bet on myself” but could never do this without all the people in my corner. My friends, family & all of the athletes w/ @nvdmcoaching

This year I coached myself. Created my own philosophy of how training should go. It should be fun, sustainable & you should get excited about it. I trained on average 15hrs most weeks but made the sessions count. This sport has always been about playing the “long game” so do what it takes to keep yourself in it.

This back half of the season took a bit of a turn when the shin splints kept me out of the longest break from training ever. Brutal.. but it happens. So thankful it’s off season to give myself enough time to heal and get back to a slow progression.

2026 is my first year taking my pro card. Already I’m feeling on the back foot with how the injuries have kept me from running. Nonetheless, I’m so excited for the season to start so I can get my ass kicked🤣

Here’s to another awesome year🍻

Onto the next season

5k -> 13.1 -> 26.2

A friendly reminder that good things take time.

You just gotta hang around long enough for them to happen.

I have no words to express how grateful I am. For everyone who’s been there for with me since I moved to Austin, to those I met just over the weekend, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for all the messages, it’s been unreal.

I kept repeating these 3 lines in my head throughout the entire race. @lsanderstri said it like:

I believed I could win in the swim
I believed I could win on the bike
I believed I could win on the run

I believed it so much that I was ready to risk it all just to get to where I wanted to be. I’m never getting this chance again and I can’t believe it payed off.

go one more👊@bpnsupps

Alongside the great silos of Texas, @tri.willwatson carved through the morning wind like a blade through silence. The sun bore witness as strength met grace, and resolve became flight.

On this long road, where solitude measures courage, he found his victory not in triumph alone but in the quiet faith that each turn of the wheel brings him closer to his own truth.

Congratulations, Will, champion of the 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 Waco!
