Some builds you’re proud of. This one I’ll be chasing for years. A handmade meadow you walk into, thousands of paper petals, 50 hero daisies on steel, 12 flower-shaped tables, over 200 potted plants, 20 bean bags, 1 directional sign and 15 umbrellas, where every generation sits at the same height. And the honor of being asked to spread my creative wings for a festival of women, led by one of the biggest and most impactful inspirations of her generation, @oliviarodrigo, a festival that raised $20 million for charities supporting women and girls. 🌼

Grateful to have production-designed the inaugural Field of Daisies for the Daisy Chain Festival, thanks to creative-directions by @tri_adic @bead.lizard for @oliviarodrigo . @c3presents @livenationwomen @livenation @daisychainfields . And to the crew who lived in the sun with me to build it. thank you. 🌼

The Crew: Giant flowers and patchwork bean bags by the talented ladies of @lolliprops.la , the best lead greensman #chriscardenas, table and sign fabrication #kirktariolly, scenic by #mikeleblovic, with added support from the ever-talented @melisamyers and @callmelinny. I’m eternally grateful to work with this talented group! Thank you. 🌼

✿ welcome the Guerrilla Girls to #DaisyChainFields ✿

‘The Art of Behaving Badly’ by Guerrilla Girls is coming to Daisy Chain Fields!

make sure to visit the ‘Complaints Department’ to air your grievances about the state of the world or anything else you want to express, on giant chalkboards – and the opportunity to chat to the iconic Guerilla Girls!

gorilla masks will conceal their identities; dead female artists serve as pseudonyms.
founded in New York in 1985, the @guerrillagirls are anonymous artist activists who use disruptive headlines, outrageous visuals and killer statistics to expose gender and ethnic bias and corruption in art, film, politics and pop culture.
