We’re so excited to share that TRIADIC are curators & creative advisors of the inaugural Daisy Chain Fields by @oliviarodrigo 🌼 The all-female charity music and art festival taking place today in Irvine, California. All proceeds will go to supporting 10 women-focused nonprofits, with $10million already raised.

NMACC presents the first India exhibition of acclaimed artist and filmmaker Doug Aitken (@dougaitkenworkshop )! Curated by @tri_adic , ‘Under The Sun’ is an immersive journey through Past, Present, and Future, described by Aitken as “a kind of modern mythology”.

The exhibition spans three floors of tactile sculptures, mirrored film environments, and radiant light installations, along with new site-specific commissions developed over two years with Indian artisans using locally sourced materials.

🌼 Daisy Chain Fields 2026 🌼

Yoko Ono (b. 1933, Tokyo) is an artist, musician, and activist whose work has shaped contemporary art and culture for more than seven decades. ‘Wish Tree’ is an interactive installation inviting participants to write their wishes on paper tags and attach them to a tree.

First created in 1996, the piece fosters community connection, allowing individuals to share hopes and aspirations. The tree, adorned with tags, becomes a vibrant tapestry of collective dreams, emphasizing the power of shared desires and reflections. When an installation closes, the wishes are collected and sent to the IMAGINE PEACE TOWER in Reykjavík, Iceland, becoming part of Ono’s ongoing call for peace.

For @daisychainfields, over 10,000 attendees tied their wishes across a dozen trees at the entrance of the festival.

🌼 Daisy Chain Fields Recap 🌼

‘The Art of Behaving Badly’ by Guerrilla Girls @guerrillagirls

Founded in New York in 1985, the Guerrilla Girls are anonymous artist activists who’ve spent decades using disruptive headlines, outrageous visuals, and killer statistics to expose gender and ethnic bias in art, film, politics, and pop culture. Gorilla masks concealed their identities; dead female artists lent their names.

For @daisychainfields the artists presented their iconic ‘Complaints Department’ installation, inviting festival goers to air their grievances about the state of the world (or anything else) on giant chalkboards - and also had the chance to meet the Guerrilla Girls themselves!

It was such an honour to be a part of the inaugural @daisychainfields by @oliviarodrigo in Irvine, California as curators & creative advisors.

The benefit festival hosted 45,000 attendees and raised $20million for charities supporting women and girls. TRIADIC was thrilled to curate seven installations and activations throughout the site, including the iconic @yokoono ‘Wish Tree’ and @guerrillagirls ‘Complaints Department’.

Thank you to @oliviarodrigo @bead.lizard for your trust and vision, and to @interscope @livenation @c3presents @kyliebriana for helping bring it all to life! It was such a joy to work on a project with so many inspiring people and for such a fantastic cause ❤️

Soundsuits keep finding new stages 💥

@nickcaveart Soundsuit performance last week at the opening weekend of the Obama Presidential Center— reminding us of our own favourite moment with the work: directing the Soundsuit invasions at Format Festival in Bentonville, Arkansas in 2023 where the weekend culminated in a special collaboration with composer Jlin and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff marching band. During the festival, the Soundsuits additionally shared the stage and spread the joy with @flaminglips @nilerodgers @jungle4eva

First created in response to the beating of Rodney King by LAPD in 1991, Cave imagined the Soundsuits (named for the rustling sound they make when worn) as protective shields that mask identity and scramble notions of race, class and gender. Decades later, they still move people the same way.

Nick Cave’s monumental new commission Mammoth is currently on view at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington D.C.

🔸TRIADIC RECS🔹

@arosartmuseum in Denmark just permanently installed James Turrell’s As Seen Below — The Dome, a Skyspace — 16 metres tall, 40 metres across, his largest Skyspace inside a museum to date.

You descend through a dark, subterranean corridor before the space opens up into a vast dome where Turrell’s light does all the talking. The sky above feels close enough to touch and impossibly far away at the same time. This is the kind of work you feel in your chest before your brain catches up.

One of the greatest artists of our time. A painter, printmaker, photographer, stage designer, and in his final years, a fearless iPad artist. His work changed how we see colour, light, landscape and joy.

If you’re in London, go and see his final exhibition before it closes. “A Year in Normandie and Some Other Thoughts about Painting” is on view at Serpentine North @serpentineuk free and open to the public, until 23 August 2026. by @tri_adic
