Almost time to toe the start line for Ironman number 15 and number 12 here at Port Mac. I wish I could say they get easier. As always, I’m forever grateful for the live and support from @mscotney and all my family and friends. See you on the other side #phil4v6and7

Christmas came early, all thanks to @greatoceanperformance! 💝

The team at Great Ocean Performance has generously kitted out IRONMOB 4.0 with some deadly gear, including G1 wetsuits, transition bags, caps, goggles and water bottles! 🙌🏽

We were lucky enough to visit their Melbourne warehouse for a wetsuit fitting to make sure our suits fit like a glove. I’m SO excited to put my G1 wetsuit to the test at the upcoming Husky Tri in just two weeks! Watch this space to see how I go in open water with this speedy suit!

A massive thank you to Great Ocean Performance for supporting @tri_mob and helping us gear up for the journey towards IRONMAN Australia 2027. Having access to quality equipment makes such a difference as we prepare to take on this challenge, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support.

If you’re looking for quality triathlon gear, I highly encourage you to check out @greatoceanperformance and show them some love! 💙🔥

200km+ | 3,000m+ elevation 🇫🇷🇭🇷🇮🇹

Some of my favourite memories from this trip weren’t on the itinerary. They were the places I stumbled across on a morning run, the sunrises, the history, the quiet streets, the tourist hotspots without another tourist in sight, and the feeling of exploring somewhere new on foot.

To holiday with my family is a privilege. To have the freedom and ability to run whilst experiencing a little more of the world is something I’ll never take for granted.

No splits to hit, no training block to worry about. Just 200 plus kilometres of memories and a reminder of why I started running in the first place.

Movement, health, and cultural pride go hand in hand.

@tri_mob is a First Nations-founded and fully Aboriginal-led non-profit organisation shifting the narrative toward celebrating strengths and self-determination through swimming, cycling, and running. Founded by NAIDOC Sportsperson Award finalist Nat Heath, TRIMOB creates culturally safe sporting spaces and fosters intergenerational wellbeing.

At our First Nations crowdfunding event, TRIMOB will pitch their vision to expand the 'Move the Mob' community running program across ten communities. Funding will upskill local First Nations coaches and scope feasibility research for a dedicated, community-owned, Mob-led flagship running event.

Happy new bike day 🤠

When I started triathlon training a year ago, I kept telling myself that I wasn’t good enough on the bike to get a flash tt.

“I’ll just race @ironmanwesternaustralia on my roady”.

Let’s just say as soon as I saw this blue @cervelo P series I knew I needed to get my hands on it!! I’ve trained just as hard as the next person, so why not 🫡

Huge thanks to the @happywheelsbikes for supporting the mob @tri_mob and for answering my 101 questions 🤣

Now to get her fitted and race ready for busso 🔥

I’m excited to put these to the test in training and especially at the Husky Tri in just 3 weeks! I’m particularly keen to try the @styrkr.uk BAR50 bars. I’ve seen them popping up a lot in the cycling community, so I’m keen to see how they go on the bike. 🤤

• Dark Chocolate Chip
