GO WITH THE FLOW 💛

- GENUSS: Wie das Motto “Go with the Flow” auch zum Genießen funktioniert.

🔸
Seit 3 Wochen bin offiziell Yogalehrerin 🤭

We are not actually taught to pay attention to our menstrual cycle outside of our period and to adjust things, such as our yoga practice, to the changing energy levels in the cycle. This online course focuses on connecting yoga to the menstrual cycle. 🧘‍♀️ Before you hit the yoga mat, swipe left for a quick overview of what to expect in the online course. 😎 Ready to learn more about your cycle and reimagine your yoga practice? 🤗
Tell us in the comments: When and where did you first start doing yoga? 🥰

Beautiful, powerful, intelligent, resilient, magical body. I am sorry for all the times I have punished you for my lack of discipline. For not knowing and doing better to you. For being harsh, unkind and not understanding and honoring what you need.

All I want for Christmas is to listen to you. I want to take care of you and truly be kind. I will make an effort to hear you, see you, feel you and fully give and receive what you need.

I will be attentive to your need for rest, when you are overwhelmed by impressions, delicious food and late nights. I will notice when you need to move and challenge you to grow stronger.

When you need nature, we will have glorious walks and runs. When you feel to sing, dance, write and express we’ll play! When you need to sit still and reflect we will make room to meditate. I hear your need for comfort. I know how to know, and I know how to ask and provide now. I know how to care for you.

I am here.
I listen.
I take care of you.

For you.
For me.
For us.

How do you tune into what you need during the holidays?
