The WBC created a rule in Prichard Colón’s name. Now it is calling for it to be enforced again.

The Prichard Colón Rule targets rabbit punches, dangerous blows to the back of the head or neck. Referees are expected to address them before the fight, intervene immediately and escalate to point deductions or disqualification when necessary.

This week, WBC president Mauricio Sulaimán renewed the call for rigorous enforcement of the rule.

Prichard never fought again. But his name still changed boxing.

Seated Rows - Modern vs old school ❗️

The seated row is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in your upper back.
Specifically, the seated row targets the muscles in your upper back and also the latissimus dorsi

You can see how the technique has changed over time from Arnold era to ronnie Coleman and modern era.

Bruce Lee wasn’t just a martial artist...

he was the definition of speed.

People think speed is talent,

but Bruce Lee proved it’s built through discipline.

His strikes were so fast that early cameras couldn’t even

capture them properly.

Many thought it was editing -

but in reality, it was years of focus, control, and relentless training.

He believed in one thing:

“Slow practice creates fast execution.”

No shortcuts.

No excuses.

Just pure dedication and mastery of the body and mind.

That’s why when you watch Bruce Lee move, you’re not just seeing a fighter...

you’re witnessing a philosophy in motion.
