Let me tell you about this one right here! @trickyroyalty has some of the best events that allow women to unwind and be their full selves and I love it. Toya is a bright spirit and we share so many similarities while allowing each other to be exactly who we are EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s such a beautiful experience when we get together. I love you and wish nothing but the best in all of your endeavors🫶🏾 Make sure to stop by and grab a cup of coffee or get your hormones checked💪🏾 #collab #smallbusiness #fyp #trickyroyalty

✨ Nourish Your Mind, Body & Spirit ✨ This November, give yourself permission to pause. Tricky Royalty’s Guided Wellness invites you to Matcha, Massage, and Meditation, a day designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Sip on a handcrafted iced matcha while you settle into an afternoon centered on healing and calm. You’ll have the chance to move through three restorative experiences, each led by a practitioner who specializes in it: 🌿 Reiki Sessions with Vanessa — 30 minutes of gentle energy work to help release tension, clear stagnant energy, and restore balance from the inside out. 🧘 Meditation with Toya — 30 minutes of meditation and mindfulness to quiet the mental noise and bring you back to the present moment. 🪨 Relaxation Sessions with Raquel — 30 minutes of hands-on relaxation techniques to ease sore muscles and melt away physical stress. Whether you’re new to wellness practices or a seasoned self-care enthusiast, this event is a chance to step out of the everyday and into a space built for stillness, connection, and renewal. 📅 Saturday, 11/14/2026 🕙 10 AM – 2 PM 📍 Inside Sozo Healing House, 51 W Elliot Rd Suite 112 Spots are limited, so don’t wait to lock in your session. The more I build this brand, the more I realize how much the room matters. Yesterday wasn’t just about selling socks. It was being around people who are building things, teaching, creating community, making coffee, running a studio, talking about ideas, sharing what’s working. That kind of environment changes your energy. Phoenix Pilates in South Phoenix has built something really special. The studio is beautiful, the reformer setup is amazing, they offer mat and private Pilates, but more than that, it actually feels warm and personal. Not manufactured. Not corporate. Just good people doing good work. And yes, seeing people genuinely love Bellona Velvet and selling out that morning was pretty damn exciting too. Get yourself in rooms that make you want to build bigger.

✨ Nightly Highlights ✨ Meet Toya Yarbrough, LPN, MOL and Owner of Tricky Royalty! Most people have no clue what Toya does, because she does so much. But in her own words: just because she can do something, that doesn’t mean that’s what she does. So here’s what she does at Sozo. Toya runs a Mobile Beverage Bar, works as a Holistic Business and Wellness Consultant, and hosts events, all while reminding women who they are daily. Ready to work with her or book her for your next event? Call or text 520.477.2774, email info@trickyroyalty.com, or head to www.trickyroyalty.com.
