This morning I literally cried. Not because I was sad but because the creator has a way of reminding me who is in charge.
If you feel moved by the images, or if you were in the room today and want to run it back, 3 seats are already taken so I am positive we are going to fill the table once again.
See you next first Sunday!

Thank you to every woman who showed up this morning and gave herself the gift of an hour. You brought your energy, your breath, and your presence — and this space was better because you were in it.

Fall just got a little sweeter in Tempe 💜🍌

We can't pick a favorite.

The Purple Sweet Potato Lavender Matchais smooth, mellow, and the prettiest shade of violet, made with sweet lavender, our sweet organic matcha, and creamy oat milk.

Then there's the Banana Bread Matcha, basically a fresh-baked loaf in a cup, with banana almond milk and our premium banana bread syrup. Warm, nutty, and so comforting.

So which one are you trying first? Tell us in the comments 👇 or just come grab both. We won't judge 😉

14 days away and there is one mat left. 🎶🧘🏾‍♀️

If you have been on the fence — this is your sign.

Hip Hop Meditation is not your average stillness practice. It is the kind of reset your nervous system has been asking for. We are talking stress relief, mood elevation, ADHD-friendly movement, and a full nervous system reset — all set to the music that already moves you.

One mat. One spot. One decision that could change how you feel for the rest of the year.

Thank you, Miss-Ashley, for having Tricky Royalty today.

What happened in that room was bigger than a Pilates class. It was prayer, movement, and a safe space where women could breathe, release, and be held. You could feel God moving, and we were honored to serve matcha and iced coffee in the middle of it.

Thank you for saying yes to your calling and creating a place where women can balance their hustle and their healing.

Today is World Mental Health Day, which a great day to check on those who check on you.

People see Tricky Royalty and think I’ve got it all figured out. Truth is, some mornings the hardest part of my day happens before my feet even hit the floor. My thoughts get loud. The doubt, the pressure, the “what ifs.” I still fight that battle, and I’m not ashamed to say it. What changed for me wasn’t that the thoughts disappeared. It’s that I learned to sit with them, breathe through them, and choose my next step anyway. Some days that looks like progress. Some days it just looks like showing up. Both count.

That’s exactly why I created Hip Hop Meditation. A space where you can slow down, breathe, and reset to the rhythm of the culture we love. No judgment, no perfection required. Just you, the beat, and a moment to come back to yourself 🎧

Join me on Saturday, October 25, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at 51 W Elliot Rd, Ste 112, Tempe, AZ 85284. Spots are limited, so grab your ticket now at www.trickyroyalty.com/events

Check on your people today, and don’t forget to check on yourself too 💜
