The big Chorley sleep out is less than a month away. 13th November join the team and sleep in the stadium for the night 🥶🥶

There are an estimated 400k people in the UK sleeping rough, 85% of them are men and 82% have a diagnosed mental health issue. This event might give you a small taste of what it's like to sleep on the streets

Great to meet Darren today who heads up Chorley FC community foundation, we had so much to talk about and he some amazing active projects running straight out of @chorley_fc

Another week of Something old, something new,something borrowed, something blue

Old music, new music ,music I've borrowed from somebody else and the something blue? I post this every Monday.

Something old, one of my absolute fave tunes @anjaschneiderofficial with "All I See". If this isn't a vibe I don't know what is. Stunning

Something new, this time it's a @soundslikereboot remix of "Samba Magic" by @basement_jaxx . Came out 2nd Oct along with a remix of Do your thing which is also a great track.

Something borrowed this week is borrowed from @stu.marland_ it's the @roolehmusic track "For you (Assiove)" this is PUMPING 🙌🙌🙌

Who is sporting a mustache this Movember?

We all love a mustache of course but whats it about?

Across @movember_uk we see some of the finest facial hair in the land. Recent years have seen the focal point being mens mental health, but there are still two other clear cornerstones to the initiative.

1. Check your balls for lumps, bumps or anything irregular once a month

2. If you are over 50 get your prostate checked via a blood test every 2 years. This can be younger in high risk demographics or people with a family history.

1st up something old @johntejadaofficial - The end of it all. Never going to not make me smile, it's a dreamy bowt of loveliness. Very chilled vibes, play it when I can towards the end of a night to close up the evening. HEAVENLY

Something new, we've got @fimiani_bplan & @davide_dev with Mama. Its a belter, technically came out in June but a full release on all streaming platforms went out this month and its new to me so we are having it 🥳🥳

The presence of @dance4depression at @on_a_plate_promotions over the weekend was huge for the cause and our message and shows how much mens mental health matters across the dance music scene. 🎶

On a personal level DJing at a party I went to when I was a kid was a real hype. Big thanks to @andynic51 and the rest of the On a Plate team for having us 🩵💙🩵

Next Saturday 26/09/26 we hit @cosmococktails bringing you all the best disco and house have to offer 🥳
