Think of the vibiest, coziest living room you’ve ever been in… except it’s full of really good people, live music, bodywork, tea, games, snacks + places to disappear into for a while.

This is a listening lounge, but conversation + connection are at the forefront.

Come alone. Come with friends. Meet someone new. Sit on the floor. Play a game. Grab a mocktail. Get some bodywork. Drink tea. Get your cards read. Or literally just find a cozy corner and exist.

Low social battery is ALWAYS welcome here.
There’s no pressure to perform, mingle or bring high energy.

The DJ will be down on the floor with us playing jungle-inspired, lo-fi, downtempo sounds throughout the night, woven together with live handpan, flute + sound bowls.

Every month every different goddess, a different energy and more and more depth. Friendships have formed, bonds have become stronger. Powerful facilitators have been able to share their energy. What a beautiful thing to witness…. 😌

When you have the capacity to hold space, I’m safe to break down.

It’s a beautiful cycle of life.

And it’s not corny, it’s not forced.

✨TRADITIONAL PRAYER CIRCLE ✨

I’m elated to be able to return back from la selva and share with the community the tools and the ancestral practices that have changed my relationship with life in a profound way.

This traditional prayer circle comes from my heart and soul and also from the many years of practicing this ancestral art with a variety of cultures. Especially grateful for the Lakotan, Andean and Shuar lineages that have blessed me with these teachings and for giving me permission to share my sacred pipe with the community.

We sit and pray together to communicate, listen and reconnect as a community through the spirit of the tobacco.

It is a practice of showing up together as family, in our differences and in our similarities, to build resilience and love during challenging times and celebratory moments.

So, so thankful to the community for showing up monthly to this practice! It is so affirming in every way.

This is how we build resilience, invoke hope and spark the ember of innovation and change together, as a united community.

Last night we we honored Aphrodite goddess of love, beauty, and self-devotion. 🐚🩵

We slowed down, opened our hearts, shared our stories, created beautiful oil blends, giggled, and left feeling a little more connected than before.

#Aphrodite reminded us that beauty isn’t something we chase, it is something we embody.💗
