There is such power that comes from her movements, I will say, there is something different about photographing her. There is a sense of depths in her poses, her looks, the way she pulls from somewhere deeper when dancing or posing for me. We are both growing in this new type of artistry together. Telling a story without words. Most of the time I have no idea what I want to say, but when watching her, I don’t need to say anything. I let her be, the art be. I’m a ceremonialist, I create spaces that are supportive for healing. I also guide soul retrievals, but I cannot force it, or try to make something click that isn’t ready to click.

And people may be averse to me saying this. But it’s the truth. You have to be open and honest with where you’re at and what you’re ready and willing to do, for yourself first and foremost. All else follows that will power that you hold.

I started my journey at 15, when I was under psychic attack in my own home. I had to learn the art of psychic protection and defense, and my sensitivity’s to the unseen world heightened. I meditated a lot, and learned my first part of energy healing during this time.

Nobody was going to save me because I had to find my own power first and foremost.

I can support you and provide all of the tools, but if you aren’t ready or willing to go there and put in the work to cultivate your own power, we will get nowhere and somehow I’ll be to blame.

That’s why I never say that I’ll heal someone. I’ll support someone, guide someone, and empower them to be the version of themselves that they want to be. And create the container for them to release the burdens that they carry, known and unknown.

However we’re looking forward to our wedding party next year for a more intimate moment shared with our loved ones. 💕

As we’re nearing the end of the year, light lessens and shadows grow. What wasn’t looked at now has a front and center seat in our awareness and avoiding it any longer is out of question.

But don’t worry, just because it’s spooky season, doesn’t mean your creepy crawlies and ghosts from the past need to take over. They just need a space to be witnessed and released.

So on Oct 16th, as the veil thins, I’ll be guiding a cord cutting ceremony, that will allow you to witness the ways you’ve given your power away, have enabled dynamics that drain you, and sooo much more. Truly, there will be no stone unturned when it comes to your heart and what afflicts it. 🌹

❤️‍🔥BM 2026 RECAP❤️‍🔥

I was invited to fire tend, support prayers, and bring that sacred pulse to the wild energy of the playa. But the weather was pretty much wildin out, and we had to step back due to crazy white outs, rain, and high wind almost each night (White outs went on from 3 pm - 1 am almost every day lol) I was able to support Monday evening with my phenomenal fire tending allies, holding it down in a crazy white out storm for at least 3 hours, which is honestly a peek moment for me because I loved the stability + pillarship we held in the chaos.

Then I got sick after my first sunrise mission on Tuesday. 🥲 So the rest of my week was spent poppin mucinex & DayQuil, and I was fueled by adaptogenic energy drinks + naps. 😂

So my week felt like a giant limbo tbh, I had fun and made the most out of my experience but I also felt disheartened in certain ways and like I missed home a lot. 🥲 isn’t it wild to have FOMO but not for the actual event but like for your life that you live outside of the festival? I thank goddd I had some solid friends with me, and for the adventures we were able to go on. Without those moments I probably would have gone crazy.

So BM honestly fueled my passion in further creating the dream life with my community. The grass is green where you water it and I sure do love being home, taking care of the garden of my lifeee.

It was a wild week in the desert, and truly not for the feint of heart. I’m thankful for the lessons and the growth! 🌸 )’(

So often we get caught up on who we used to be.

We reminisce on those qualities, how we used to feel lighter, more trusting, open, and the list goes on.

But what if I told you that the reminiscing and longing for how things used to be, how YOU used to be, actually kept you away from feeling fulfilled now?

The past no longer exists, that version of you no longer exists, and the more you try to bring that person into this moment or judge yourself for no longer being that person, the more you’re stunting your own growth and transformation.

The alchemist’s path is of destruction into creation, dissolving one substance to give life to another.

So during this eclipse season, I encourage you to lay that version of you to rest. Allow yourself to be reborn. Transform from lead into gold.

Truly feeling so thankful to have been invited to Burning Man in this way. ❤️‍🔥 Thank you @the.fire.circle & @spiritoftheriverr for bridging these worlds!

Each time I accept the responsibility of stewarding the heart of a festival, I get chills. This medicine path has taken me down so many twists and turns, and ultimately this work with the fire is a direct response to the commitment I have to stoking the fire within life itself.

A physical representation of that devotion within.

To hand you cedar so you can pray with the fire.

To smudging you with copal so that your prayers are carried. So that your spirit is protected.

To holding space for you while you traverse multiple realms, bringing you back, safely and securely.

And to ensuring that the space is clean, the energy is clear, that it’s held with respect, so that you can have a clear and direct line to the transformative wisdom within the flames.

Seeing all of the beautiful people come and go, feeling fuller and more connected to themselves. It’s such a beautiful and rewarding feeling. It’s a commitment to life itself. 🥹

Long before “healing” was a trend, humans already understood that a piece of us can leave when life becomes too much. There were also initiated people within the community that knew how to mend a broken spirit.

Soul retrieval is an ancient practice, that was and is apparent in indigenous cultures around the world. Long before QHHT, Reiki, KAP, and more modern healing modalities were established.

So inside of Sundays class I’ll be sharing about the varying forms of soul loss, ranging from overt experiences to subtle day to day experiences. I teach in a very grounded and applicable way so the information will not evade you.

From there, I will guide you through a self reflection moment so you can identify what, where and how this has happened in your life, and provide context on how you can retrieve those parts, one step at a time.

After this discourse, I’ll guide a group reclamation of those lost parts. I’ll utilize the tools that I’ve learned through my own personal process, as well as methods from the teachers I’ve been blessed to know and learn from. It will be a somatic experience where your body will be able to process what it’s held onto and bring in new energy, I’ll guide you through a meditative experience for this to happen.

I think it’s important to note that I take the energetic safety and integrity in group clearing and reclaiming practices very seriously. Leaving a space with something that isn’t yours, is not going to happen.

I’ve been told that my work was like an ayahuasca journey, and this was long before I even sat with the medicine.. So ensuring that you are safe while in an altered state is my highest priority. 🙏🏽

So on Sunday, we’re not doing anything new. We’re remembering something very very old.

Sometimes we forget how far we’ve come.

What we’ve gone through has impacted us more than other people know. They didn’t see what we’ve had to grow from.. they meet us now and they’d have no idea we used to be the way we used to be.

And we don’t tell them because we don’t want to be seen as who we used to be. We want to be seen as who we are now. And there’s no shame in that.

So this letter, this reminder, is for those who have that quiet and powerful strength, who persevered and is more whole than she ever was.

You see you, and that deserves a moment of recognition. ❤️‍🔥🔥❤️‍🔥

When you’re not living your souls truth, you’ll know.

You’ll feel it before you can even name it.

The stuck, the drained, the going through the motions but that undertone of “Is this really it?” stirs against you.

That’s the sign that you’re drifted from what’s actually true for you..

When you’re living your truth and creating from your heart, you’ll feel it. That energy comes back to you, you stop just “getting through the day” and you actually start creating them.

That’s what rich in life means, not more stuff, not more status.. it’s more of YOU alive in YOUR truth. 🌸

Stepping into the CREATOR that god, goddess, life INTENDED you to be. That spark is still there, it just needs to be stoked by you. One decision at a time to bring magic to the mundane.

Surround Yourself with Powerful Women & watch how your life transforms. 🪄

We are all POWERFUL.

It’s a beautiful cycle of life.

This happens so often, the impact/trauma gets stuck in the body, and a piece of our spirit gets left behind. You do all of the healing work, therapy, meditations, etc, and you start to feel better, but something still feels off.

You still feel different..

Not fully here, not fully there, but still going through the motions.

That’s soul loss. A piece of you still waiting for you, in the past, that little self, teenage self, adult self before the big moment changed everything.

But it’s not forever, and it doesn’t have to feel like that forever. I’ve supported people from so many backgrounds heal and find a path forward again. It’s not about feeling like how you “used to feel” we’re not going backwards like that, we’re integrating that past self to this moment so you can move forward more whole, complete, wise, grounded, and more.

You’re still evolving and reclaiming those fragments supports your evolution forward. You’ll access more vitality, creativity, confidence, and self awareness moving forward.
