What an inspiring day of connection, education, and holistic wellness at Trinity Washington University! Zen Well Studio was honored to be part of the Stress Busters Health & Wellness Expo, sharing mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and wellness tools with the amazing Trinity community. From meaningful conversations to new partnerships, the energy was truly aligned. Grateful to everyone who stopped by our table, joined a demo, or simply shared space with us. Here’s a look back at some of our favorite moments! 💚 #zenwellstudio #stressbusters2025 #trinitywashingtonuniversity #wellnessexpo #mindbodywellness #communityhealth #breathwork #mindfulnessmatters #holistichealth

Today, on my morning walk, I looked up at the sky and a memory came back. I used to walk to school in the mornings. Sometimes I would walk with leisure, or skip, or hop, or run. But I was always excited, even on rainy days, to get to school. I wanted to get there so I could learn! I wanted to learn all the things my teacher wanted to share and I wanted to remember all of it so I could teach other people (or my Barbies and dolls). So I went to school to learn but I also went to school so I could teach. Now, I never saw myself as a teacher. It took for me to have a hiatus from teaching (between leaving Johns Hopkins to rejoining Trinity Washington) for me to realize that I NEED to teach. It’s who I am. I counsel clients, I supervise counselors, and I must teach. It’s a thing. So on this last day of in-person class (last night) for my Leadership course, my student asked to take a picture of me and said it’s because I am one of her favorite teachers and she learned that she is a leader, even when ppl (and society) had planted seeds of doubt. She sees herself FULLY bc I taught her. Her words… not mine. I am a teacher. I learn. Then I teach. Thank you CB for letting me teach you what I know. And I know you will lead! Happy Founders Day to Trinity Washington University. Thank you for choosing me as the Department Chair for the Counseling program. #trinitywashington #johnshopkins #onyxtherapygroup #onyx #university #college #BSI #HSI #teacher #professor #educator #counselor #counseling #supervisor #drlanailrplummer #drlrp

Brand strength isn’t just built through big campaigns or flashy ads. Often, it’s the subtle, everyday items that quietly shape how your audience perceives you. From envelopes to brochures, pens to posters—these aren’t just office supplies. Each one is a touchpoint. Each one reinforces your identity. Each one leaves an impression, even if the recipient isn’t actively in the market. That’s where the 95/5 rule comes into play: 95% of your potential customers aren’t ready to buy when they come across your brand. Only 5% are. But if your brand consistently shows up in overlooked spaces, like a letterhead or a pen on someone’s desk, you stay top-of-mind for when that 95% finally is ready. Every piece counts. Every detail builds trust. And every touchpoint, no matter how small, is part of the bigger brand picture.
