This is what recruiting should look like.
This Sunday, players will take the field in Simsbury, CT with coaches from 13 outstanding Division III programs.
Not just playing in front of them. Working with them.
Every player will have the opportunity to be coached, evaluated and seen by every college coach on staff.
Every Player. Every Coach.
See everyone Sunday. #girlslacrosse #lacrossecamp #lacrossemasters

What I loved most about @thecollectiveshowcase was how player-centered the entire experience felt. Great coaching, great energy, and an opportunity for athletes to learn directly from some of the best coaches in the game.

By the coaches, for the athletes. And even better, a portion of the proceeds goes to Harlem Lacrosse, helping create more access and opportunity within our sport.

📅 SAVE THE DATE: [SEPT 2027]

And my recruiting reminder 👇

The best way to get recruited is to get in front of the schools you’re interested in. Keep an eye on their Instagram accounts and websites for ID days, clinics, and opportunities to get on their campuses and work directly with their coaches.

You do NOT need to go to everything.

Quality events over quantity. Every. Single. Time. Get some of your weekends back.

More from The Collective coming soon because I came home with A LOT of drills 👀😂🥍
