We asked our 3 captains (left to right: Kelsey Restivo, Sydney Aitkenhead, and Charlotte Troy), “What does being a Bantam mean to you?”

💙Kelsey💛 “To me, being a Bantam is about the people and experiences that make Trinity feel like home. A lot of that has come through lacrosse, from being a first-year on the team to now, I’ve had the chance to build relationships with teammates and coaches, learn from the people around me, and take on more responsibility. Trinity has pushed me to become a better teammate, friend, student, and leader, and those are the parts of being a Bantam that I’ll take with me after graduation.”

💙Sydney💛 “Being a Bantam means being part of something bigger than ourselves and always having your teammates’ backs. Over the years, my experience as a Bantam has grown from simply being part of a team to feeling like I am part of a community. It means working together to grow that community into something we are proud to be a part of and will carry with us beyond Trinity.”

💙Charlotte💛 “Being a Bantam means being part of a community that feels like family. It means being surrounded by people who care about you, support you unconditionally, and push you to become the best version of yourself. Even coming in as a transfer, I was welcomed right away, and that sense of belonging is what being a Bantam means most to me.” by @trinitywlax

Giving back to the community we’re proud to call home 💙💛

This weekend, Trinity Lacrosse participated in Trinity’s 27th Annual Do It Day, joining students across campus who headed out into Hartford to volunteer with local community organizations.

Our Bants spent the day at Forge City Works, helping paint a recently renovated classroom center. We loved the opportunity to spend the day together, connect with our Hartford community, and lend a hand to an organization doing meaningful work right in our backyard.

A great day of service, teamwork, and giving back! 🐔💙

IWLCA ACADEMIC HONOR SQUAD 🐓

Trinity College women’s lacrosse team has been recognized by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) as an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for the 2025-26 academic year, while 10 Bantams earned spots on the IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll.
