The things I put my clients through… and somehow they STILL keep coming back! 🤣💀❤️

All jokes aside, I love my clients! We work hard, crush goals, challenge ourselves, and share plenty of laughs along the way.💪🏽❤️😘

SHE DID IT!!🥳💪🏽❤️
Amanda passed her military PT test!

Amanda, I couldn't be prouder of you!

I've watched you show up, push through challenges, and put in the work, even when things weren't easy.

You didn't just pass your Military PT Test. You proved to yourself just how strong, determined, and capable you truly are!

Watching you grow stronger, both physically and mentally, has been one of the most rewarding parts of being your coach. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. ❤️

And a little love for some of our cherished Kroc Fitness members who joined in the celebration! ❤️ They keep us laughing, share stories and wisdom from years gone by, and bring so much joy to our gym family. Seeing how genuinely happy they were to celebrate Amanda's victory made this moment even sweeter. These are the little things that make our community so special! 🥹❤️

Congratulations, Amanda! You earned every bit of this victory!👏🏽💪🏽

Now, let's give Amanda a BIG round of applause, friends!! 🥳👏🏽❤️

Sunday adventures with Mommy! ☀️🐾🍂

A little sunshine, fresh air, pretty fountains, and approximately 500 things that needed sniffing. 🤣🐶

Mommy calls it a peaceful Sunday stroll. I call it a very important sniffing expedition! 🐾😂

Happy Sunday, furiends! Hope your day was filled with love, sunshine, and lots of tail wags! ❤️🐾

There's something special about genuinely loving what you do, the environment you work in, and the people you get to share it with.

And when your coworkers become friends, and you can laugh, joke, lift, and vibe together? Even better! 💪🏽

Life's too short not to do what you love and surround yourself with good people. Lucky to have such awesome coworkers and grateful for this chapter of my life! 🫶🏽

Awesome workout today, guys!! 💪🏽🤘🏽

Happy Monday, ladies! 💪🏽❤️

Never underestimate what you're capable of.

There's something beautiful about a woman who discovers her own strength. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Build muscle. Build confidence. Build a life where you feel strong, capable, and powerful in your own skin. ❤️

Motivation is fickle; discipline is reliable. 💪🏽

Reintroduced the strict press into my routine today and kicked things off with a solid 85 lb single. 🔥

The goal? Build up to 5 clean reps at 85 lbs before taking on that 100 lb milestone.

One rep at a time. Strength is earned, not given. 💪🏽

Happy Sunday! ☀️

Today’s reminder: taking care of yourself doesn’t always have to be intense.

A 2-mile walk with my weighted vest, a good podcast, some fresh air to clear my mind, and home for my morning smoothie. 🎧🚶🏽‍♀️🥤

Movement, nourishment, and a little mental reset. Sometimes that’s exactly what the body needs. 🫶🏽

And if you’re ready to become more active but feel intimidated by the gym, start simple. Take a 10-minute walk and build from there. Walking is a great way to get your body moving, and those small steps add up over time.
