I get asked what’s the secret. I will tell you it’s about making great bbq and I always say it’s our house made rub, sauce and real wood smoke!
The smoke comes from my employee of the month Game Changer Smoker , my sauce is 30 years in the making and my rub is always Smokin’ Jan’s that we make right here in Georgetown, SC!! We sell it here on Friday and Saturday , $10 bucks a shaker, during our pop up and starting to offer the commercial 5 pound tubs for you restaurant folks! We sell these two pound tubs for $20 bucks and every one of them gets a shake of Smokin Jan’s!
