Becoming a farmer and rancher at my age with zero experience, ok, let’s do it! Step one build your team with the experience you don’t have. 🙏🔪
This is 150 Muscovy ducklings we just had flown in last night from Pennsylvania and are scheduled to receive another 150 for the next 4 months of the season, production including foie gras , proccuitto, confit legs, duck fat and stocks. 🦆💥 taken in Folsom, Louisiana by @tripprion

One of my favorites in the French Quarter is R’volution a restaurant by my friend and mentor Chef John Folse that I’ve probably been to a hundred times, usually it’s the famous Death by Gumbo I’m showing off but this caviar on oysters 🦪 wasn’t too shabby! #bigeasy by @tripprion

Had a great day touring a cattle feed lot, home to over 16,000 cows! These are some of the Wagyu cows 🐮 we came to shop, these are “reds” and are some of the most prized beef in the world. 🌎 taken in San Antonio, Texas by @tripprion

Well this just happened, two litters back to back and 10 new piglets. 🐷 Our drove of pigs just doubled! They are so cute and fun to watch, this is all new to me so wish me luck, fortunately I have great help! 🤞🍀 taken in Abita Springs, Louisiana by @tripprion

How fortunate🍀 to be able to spend Mardi Gras and Fat Tuesday here in New Orleans! ⚜️

Besides the parades, beads and boudin there is King Cake with the baby👶 hid inside for one lucky person! King 👑 Cake is serious business here with everyone having a favorite maker.

This grocery store is the King Cake Headquarters and bakers bring their best for people like me to make the daunting task of picking which one to take home! I had the inside scoop and was lucky enough to grab the last one off the shelf!

I keep saying cheesecake but really meant King Cake, I was overwhelmed!!! 😍 by @tripprion

This swanky brunch at the Four Seasons New Orleans signature restaurant , Miss River, was incredible, the Bloody Mary Bar had Oysters 🦪 on the half shell for goodness gracious sake! This is also insane, my main meal is this EGGS BENEDICT FLORENTINE ⚜️
Toasted Brioche, Creamed Spinach, Lump Crab, Hollandaise, Paddlefish Caviar 🔥 our server Michael is now my best friend! Ha! Great service and food! Two thumbs 👍 up! taken in Trattoria Varco by @tripprion
