No blue Monday here! Just 33 weeks until Ironman Wales and today I start my official Ironman training programme with this legend @roxxyrhi AKA @triroxtraining 🫶

To all the prospective coaches who keep sliding into my DMS, I’m very flattered but sadly already taken!

I’ve trained with Rhian on and off for a few years now. Not only is she a badass inspirational competitor when it comes to racing triathlon, she is also a busy woman and mum who gets all that comes with the ups and downs of life. I know if I miss a day or a few sessions I won’t get picked apart or made to feel like a failure, we simply move forward from where we are.

I can’t imagine going through this crazy journey with anyone else - let’s GO 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

🌙 The night shift

“Then came the first night. This is where the race changed for us. Under the moon and stars, the archipelago felt endless — but something clicked. Navigation suddenly made sense. Our swims felt strong. Stronger than they had during the day. The water felt warm and welcoming. We stopped wasting time in transitions. Most importantly, we laughed again.”

Extract from Team GB4 – Race Report, One Water Race 2025

In the dark, everything changed.
