I’m immensely grateful for the @thehivery community in so many ways!

@grace.hivery opened the new Mill Valley space about 15 months ago, and it has brought so many of us joy, inspiration, connection, support, clarity, and so much more.

A special human called Magali (@magalionajourney), led a wonderful member meetup yesterday about being seen and financially rewarded for the work you do. We’re still talking about it!

The world needs more places like this. Thank you, Grace, the team, and everyone who makes this my happy place. 💛

Meet Trish Boes, CEO and visionary behind UnlimitMe.

Trish grew up in a small town in Australia and was the first in her family to earn a university degree. Trish has been a trailblazer ever since, whether taking bold chances like moving halfway around the world or pursuing the audacious dream of making UnlimitMe a success.

Trish’s dad is her inspiration and taught her: “Always be curious; always keep learning.” That’s the spirit behind everything Trish does and what drives UnlimitMe. 🌏

Here’s a sneak peek of a behind the scenes “day in the life of” UnlimitMe. As we build UnlimitMe, we are so determined to show up powerfully for our clients (even if it means covering 700 miles in a day), and what allows us to do this is the help and support of so many others behind the scenes. We are eternally grateful for our community and our clients to make it all happen ❤️🙏

I had a mentorship call with @trish.boes from @unlimitme.co this morning. Things have been a bit overwhelming for me recently, and Trish introduced me to her “FREE” model to help overcome these feelings and feel more calm and confident.

F - Feel all the feelings
R - Return to the breath using the Box Breathing Technique
E - Explore different viewpoints(look at the current situation from different perspectives)
E - Encouragement(feel gratitude and appreciation for yourself and your growth journey)

Trish, you are incredibly kind and empathetic, and your guidance is truly insightful. I feel so much better after your workshop and am super grateful for your support.

Afterward, I decided to start writing letters to myself—as the future me, the mini me, and the current me. This experience was truly awesome and gave me the chance to reflect on how every version of me feels: “I am amazing and I’m so proud of my growth.”

If you ever feel overwhelmed, I invite you to try this “FREE” model and write letters to yourself.

New @mixedfeelingsradio episode out now! @trish.boes and I chat about being a person of the world, being a mixed person and having mixed kids. How can we release the limitations of labels while still staying true to ourselves?
