POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Yesterday was a bit of a “pinch me” moment when I got to meet Dr. Shefali, whom I have admired for so many years.

I read her book The Conscious Parent when my daughter was a baby and it changed my life. That book didn’t change things because she was telling me something revolutionary which I had never heard of before; instead, it changed my life because it REAFFIRMED a truth I ALREADY knew. A truth that was living deep within me about the miracle of being a parent, and recognizing that our kids come here to wake us up. They are our mirrors, and they chose us for a reason. Our job as parents isn’t to be perfect or to get everything right, but it’s to do our best to let our kids be who they are and to let them teach us.

I can’t wait to dive in to read her latest book Raising Conscious Daughters (she also has a second book she is releasing at the same time called Raising Conscious Sons) because I value her passion, courage, and profound wisdom. Hearing her speak last night at her book event in Mill Valley with the phenomenal @illuminate_her_path and @bekindandpresent, I not only learned so much incredible information and tools, but I was also thrilled to know that there are so many conscious parents out there in the world. Our kids’ future is bright, and I feel lucky to be in the company of such wonderful women who are leading the charge. taken in Mill Valley Community Center by @trish.boes

It was such a pleasure to host my brilliant friend, mentor, guide and soul sister Patty Elvey at @thehivery last Friday!

We had the chance to dive into her book “Practicing the Art of Becoming: Embracing Risk and Discovering Your Authentic Being” and learn from her about: the value of intention versus method; embracing authenticity and risk to build a tapestry of becoming; and to remember that it is all about “practice, practice, practice”.

Patty is the true embodiment of using every single thing in your life as a learning and growth opportunity, and I am so grateful to witness and share her wisdom with the world.

Thank you so much @grace.hivery and @thehivery for welcoming us, and to all of the incredible Hivery members for asking such thoughtful questions and making it a fun Fri-YAY celebration to kick off the long weekend! 🎉🙌 taken in The Hivery by @trish.boes

Meet Trish Boes, CEO and visionary behind UnlimitMe.

Trish grew up in a small town in Australia and was the first in her family to earn a university degree. Trish has been a trailblazer ever since, whether taking bold chances like moving halfway around the world or pursuing the audacious dream of making UnlimitMe a success.

Trish’s dad is her inspiration and taught her: “Always be curious; always keep learning.” That’s the spirit behind everything Trish does and what drives UnlimitMe. 🌏 by @trish.boes

It was so wonderful to connect recently with the brilliant Yolanda on her podcast @placeswecallhomepod and talk about being an immigrant and starting over in the U.S. I’m incredibly grateful for the life I’ve built here, and for all the people who have welcomed me with open arms. This conversation gave me a meaningful moment to reflect on how my life trajectory shifted and how I transformed as a person after moving here.

Being able to go back to 2010 and relive the start of my adventure made me realize just how far I’ve come. I’ve often overlooked the courage it took to say yes and take that leap. I took a job in Los Angeles without ever having been to the US before (apart from Hawaii for a best friends wedding), and naively thought it would be easy since it looked so familiar from TV and movies.

While I did relish hitting famous LA hotspots, and randomly bumping into celebrities, the best thing this experience taught me is that I can do anything.

It also taught me that:

I can create a home away from home.

I can create a new family (in addition to the ones left behind).

I can build a supportive and loving community anywhere I want.

I can change careers, go back to school or start my own business.

I can fail at things and start again.

I can foster deeper relationships with loved ones despite physical distance.

I can pack up and move again and again.

I can find a one of a kind love and build a lifetime of passionate loving connection with my soul mate.

I can be a conscious mama and intentionally recreate the type of fun, grounding childhood I had in Australia in a place outside of it.

There’s so much more to share (which I will in subsequent posts), but until then please check out my podcast with Yolanda (links below!)

Thank you so much for inviting me to share some of my story why you Yolanda, it was such a pleasure to talk to you and I look forward to so many more conversations in the future!!

Happy Lunar New Year, bring on that magnificent Fire Horse energy! 🔥🐎

In celebration of the new year, I’m so honored to share that I’ve been featured in @heragenda as a Woman to Watch in 2026!

One of the things I’m focusing on this year is what I call “Being Goals” — intentions that center balance, resilience, and inner development alongside business growth. Building a company is full of uncertainty, and I’ve learned that tending to the internal work is essential for long-term sustainability.

In fact, we often talk about “Being Goals” @unlimitme.co with our high school and college students because we know success is multidimensional. To truly create the life you want, you need to focus just as much on your inner development as you do on external achievement.

I’d love to know: what are some Being Goals you’re doubling down on this year?

Thank you @dreamersdoers for helping make this feature possible!

Happy new year!! I am so excited for 2026! My word for 2026 is JOY! ✨

If there’s anything that 2025 taught me, it’s that there are a lot of places where I am too hard on myself. There are places where I can fall into catastrophizing and extreme self-judgment. And there are places where I can fall into scarcity, get lost in the negative, and just shut down.

Joy isn’t about being constantly happy; it’s about me being able to cultivate a sense of acceptance and aliveness even when things are really hard. It’s about, instead of being fully consumed by the challenges, seeing the little crack of light as an opportunity to love and accept myself and the situation with a little more levity and fun, even if I am still experiencing difficulty.

Joy is about being able to look for those little glimmers of light no matter what. Joy is my conduit to greater resilience this year, and the ability to show up more powerfully, not just in a few areas of my life, but in all areas of my life.

What are you looking to cultivate more in 2026? I’d love to hear what your words are for the year!

P.S. One of the places I haven’t experienced a lot of joy is on social media - but this year another one of my intentions is to be more visible, so you’ll be seeing a lot more of me this year as I embrace this with JOY! by @trish.boes

I am so grateful to have been featured recently in this article at @thenewschool on impact entrepreneurship, and to share about how @unlimitme.co is having a positive impact on the community. It’s such a privilege to be featured with so many other incredible and inspiring women too.

While I love sharing about UnlimitMe and using these PR opportunities, I still sometimes struggle with imposter syndrome. Especially when I am surrounded by so many other people who are doing so many phenomenal things. I realized last night that while I am building so much self belief as I expand my capacities as a person and a leader, there’s also the shadow of the lie that I am not good enough (isn’t it funny how the word “lie” is in beLIEf??) Therefore, I am realizing that self belief is about choosing to overcome the lie of unworthiness, and to stop letting it dictate the entire story.

I just wanted to share that because sometimes entrepreneurship seems glamorous, but it also involves a lot of inner dilemma and reflection. But what I am committed to learning is how to be with it all, to know that yes I am building a mission driven and impactful company AND I am also still human and will have days where I question it all. Living in the contradiction while still choosing to challenge myself, and step up to serve every single day is all I can do.

Thank you @thenewschool and @dreamersdoers for giving me an opportunity to share my work at UnlimitMe, while also providing a chance for me to explore the complexity of being human, and what it means to be willing to show up with belief no matter what. by @trish.boes

It was so great getting to speak to @canvasrebel recently and to share more of my life story, and the story behind @unlimitme.co. I’ll admit it, I don’t always like putting myself out there, and prefer to let the work I do speak for itself. Yet I often encourage the brilliant young people that we work with to be vulnerable and share themselves authentically in the world so people can appreciate and connect with them, which is advice I also need to remind myself to take.

Being able to reflect on the risks I’ve taken in my life, and the various pivots or life direction changes I’ve made has been an insightful, yet uncomfortable experience. I often downplay the difficult choices I have made, and the growth and wisdom that has followed as a result. I think as humans we often overlook how far we have come on our journey because we are always looking ahead at the horizon, and what’s next - and I know that I too often fall victim to that.

Yet being able to pause, and reflect on the key inflection points that have set me on this path, have allowed me to really appreciate where I am in life, and to fully embrace my mission to serve with @unlimitme.co. In a world where many of us fall into the trap of believing that there is a “right way” to do things, the one thing I have learnt is that the only “right” thing to do is to love, trust, and believe in ourselves. Everything else will fall into place if we do this, and are willing to work hard to get what we want.

Thank you @canvasrebel for featuring me and sharing the stories of so many other brilliant entrepreneurs, artists, and change makers. And thanks to @dreamersdoers for recommending me for this interview. by @trish.boes

Here’s a sneak peek of a behind the scenes “day in the life of” UnlimitMe. As we build UnlimitMe, we are so determined to show up powerfully for our clients (even if it means covering 700 miles in a day), and what allows us to do this is the help and support of so many others behind the scenes. We are eternally grateful for our community and our clients to make it all happen ❤️🙏 by @trish.boes
