POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

These photos might be some of my favorite photos I’ve ever had taken.

She somehow captured me so well. My personality, my energy, my joy… all of it.

And honestly, that felt extra special right now.

I’m in a season of life that hasn’t been the easiest, but there are still things that light me up. Coaching. Fitness. Helping women feel stronger. Creating things. And just being a little silly and having fun along the way.

This shoot reminded me that even in the hard seasons, there can still be so much joy in the things you love.

And one of the things I’ve loved creating lately is my Macro Guide for Busy Moms. It’s for the women who want to feel more confident around food without having to track every single bite.

So, if you’ve been wanting to check it out, it’s in my bio. 🤍

A Message To My Clients For All To Hear:

As we close the book on 2025 it can be easy to reflect back on the year and pick apart all of the things that you “didn’t” accomplish. The scale went up? “I got stronger” I didn’t make it to the gym every day “My priorities shifted” I didn’t earn as much overtime “ I spent more time with family. Reframe your mindset and focus on the wins, rather than what was left on the table. Mindset>Everything.
As we approach Christmas. Remember:

The scale does not define your success

One treat will not throw off all of your hard work

The rate at which you make changes, is on YOUR timeline, no one else’s

Change doesn’t always happen visually at first, the big changes are occurring within you. In your daily habits and routines, in your conscious awareness, in your mental strength and physical strength, and in your self-talk

You are capable of anything you set your mind to
Change takes time, effort, trial and error, and constant consistency. No matter how long your journey has and will be, everyday you have the choice to show up for yourself

You are strong, you are capable, and you are worthy

xoxo Coach Kaitlyn

Reminder that if you are solely focused on the number on the scale then you’re doing yourself a disservice
Technically only a 1.4lb difference in these 2 photos , but the difference is there. The scale doesn’t show you the definition difference or the 1in difference in my bust or the 1in difference in my hips. STOP ONLY CARING ABOUT THE SCALE - she can be a liar 😉
