Inspired by a conversation today with @aertse and a post by @drukke_vaders_fitcoach I saw a few hours later , the travel kettlebell of 14kg moved indoors for a little flow.

Day 109.
Showing up.

Starting the day with the Prayer of The Four Directions, before the morning swim today.

Ending the day with one of my favourite entire #backchain stretches of all times - my own creation of a standing version of halasana or the plough in yoga for the #trojanmobility classes I developed over a decade ago together with @martijnbosikmf under the umbrella of his creation @trojanworkout .
Great way to finish off a busy day and a busy restaurant shift.

Goodnight 😘😴🌙💤 my loves ! See you tomorrow, and remember - tomorrow’s the peak of Lionsgate 🦁♌️!

Community and connection.
Inspiration and purpose.
To me, the most important things in life.

When you cannot find them geographically where you are, they are still there. You just need to be open and stay curious, reach out, listen and sometimes push through even though you’d rather lie down and quit.

Thanks to @appetit.voyage sending a really clear @whatsapp message early this morning,- since we have agreed on supporting each others new days - I got thinking as soon as I sat up in bed of this reel by @richroll where from last week where he said (I am paraphrasing) that you need to do something different than before to keep creating change.
That creates change in the brain, and changes in your field (the last part I credit to @drjoedispenza , @gregg.braden and @brucelipton ).

So , I got up, took Star 🐾 out and went down to the ocean 🌊 for a dip first thing in the morning. Screw the same morning routine, time for a new twist!

I met these really interesting and super kind retirees from Switzerland 🇨🇭 and got a whopping burst of energy.

Meditation with inspiration by @kylegrayuk Raise Your Vibration and his beautiful Angel 😇 Prayers on @spotify .
Feeling deeply connected to the beautiful Angels Now community he’s created and holds.

And then it was time to join the @trojanworkout instructors update online, as I could not be there live in Haarlem.
Sooooo inspiring, fun, rewarding and affirming!
Thank you @martijnbosikmf of @trojan_power_academy for having created this way of training 💪🏻 and being in the world decades ago already and bringing it to the world with this sense of community .

Cannot wait till I can start sharing these trainings more again too!

Day 26.
The #kossacksquat 💥💪🏻🏋🏻. One of my absolute favourite squat variations.

Of course @trojanworkout style , starting with #trojanpose .

I first learned this squat at the #progressivecalisthenics workshop weekend in Haarlem at @trojan_power_academy in 2014 by @dragondoorpublications @al_kavadlo and @dannykavadlo and have loved 🥰 it ever since!

Happy New Moon 🌚 dear friends!

#selfcare galore afternoon 💪🏻💙🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻💥🤍😅…

Mixing up the yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ practice with pushups, split squats, hipthrusters and one arm kettlebell swings before dinner.

The trainer’s gotta train and the teacher’s gotta practice…. 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🤍💪🏻💜💎

It might be 11 pm.
I might need to get up for an early 4 hour drive tomorrow.
I might not have slept well for at least 6 months.

Which is why this is non negotiable from now on.

💪🏻💪🏻💥💥🩵🩵🤸🏻‍♀️

A few rounds of

Shoulder setting
Hollow holds
OA swings
Cleans
Racked lunges
Hollow hold
Turkish GetUp
Handstands

Christmas 🎄 Day late evening training session 😅💪🏻🥰🙏🏻.

It’s been an extremely tough and stressful journey this move to Sweden 🇸🇪 and it ain’t nowhere near peaceful, stressless or landed yet.

Keeping the energy moving is vital.

And the PT needs her own training too!

A mix of #rkc kettlebells, @trojanworkout , @animalflowofficial , calisthenics, mobility and yoga for an hour will hopefully 🤞🏻 make for better sleep 💤 tonight .

Wishing you all a beautiful 🤩 rest of the Christmas 🎄 days ❤️.

De #pushup is een veelgebruikte oefening in #kravmaga lessen. De juiste push up vergroot de kracht van je lichaam en in het bijzonder je stootkracht.
