On the road and backstage with Canada's #1 party band

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

forgot to post this from the concert on the weekend…

to be honest it might have been because I did the transition hair flip backwards and was like “COME ONNN how did I not catch that” BUT I think it’s still cute so it gets a share

thank you again to @novamutual for gifting me such a fantastic experience and night out; and thank you to @norfolkagsociety & @finger_eleven & @trooper for putting on an amazing show❤️🥹

My 2nd last major Main stage hosting gig of the year was an absolute blast this past weekend!

With a SoldOut crowd that packed the horse track and grandstands at the Norfolk County Fair Tim Hicks @timhicksmusic was spectacular on stage as the Friday night/ Country night headliner with Alli Walker @alliwalker performing brilliantly in support. Saturday Night @trooper & @finger_eleven cranked things up in a massive way for Rock Night @norfolkagsociety

Thanks again to Ange @angewill15 & her team for inviting me and including me in this incredible Thanksgiving weekend tradition in Norfolk County.

We’re Here for a Good Time - @trooper (Acoustic Cover)

#Canada has no shortage of amazing music so here is my crack at some #Canadian campfire tunes. Trooper is a Canadian rock band formed by singer Ra McGuire and guitarist Brian Smith in 1975. The band’s 1979 album, Hot Shots, broke all records for Canadian sales of a Canadian album, reaching Quadruple-Platinum status. #Trooper #Werehereforagoodtime #acousticcover

We saw Trooper and Finger Eleven, Canadian rock legends atp, and rocked allllll night long. Got to meet them too and that was hella cool✨❤️

Me playing "Raise A Little Hell" with @trooper in 2017 at Cannafest when I was 12 years old. Big thanks to everyone in Trooper for letting me step up on stage to play this song. It was a great time!

🎙️ THIS WEEK! On 10/7/26 Youth Gone Mild Podcast welcomes Paul Laine!

Gen X Joe is back this week after a small touch of the plague that has been going around and welcomes Paul Laine as his first guest of a Double Dose of Denim Week Interview. Laine is best known as the former lead vocalist of Danger Danger, where he fronted the band throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. His career has also included The Defiants, Trooper, and a successful solo journey.

Now Paul is back with his newest solo album, 'The Long Road Back', a collection of melodic rock songs that marks an exciting new chapter in his career. On Youth Gone Mild, Gen X Joe talks with Paul about his Danger Danger days, his musical journey, and the making of the album.

Gen X Joe gets "down and dirty" with Paul Laine.
