POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Night one of Reclaiming Recess is in the books, and honestly? We might have peaked.

Four teams under the lights. Grown adults playing barefoot like the bell was never going to ring. A dad who sent one to the moon with his toddler still on his hip. A rock paper scissors showdown that got way more intense than it needed to. And more faces screamed into our camera than we can count.

If you spent last night on the couch, we’re sorry. That’s the last time you get to miss it.

Round two is coming, Sumner County. Don’t make us post another one of these without you in it.

TAKE THE PARKING BRAKE OFF

Training harder means nothing if poor mobility is holding you back.

OTS isn’t a hell day. We teach you how to move better, train smarter, and prepare for the Air Force Special Warfare pipeline.

Fountain of youth ⬇️

This kid asked my age and he was shook when I said that I’m 33 😂. He thought I was in my mid twenties (25-26)

There’s no secret hack, procedures, pill or diet.

Implement now:
1.Self Accountability ( either do it yourself or join a community)

2.EAT CLEAN (You know what to not eat if not dm me)

3.Lift 3-4x a week

4.cardio -3x a week (one of them a long walk)

5. Sleep ( easy for me to say not having kids but find pockets of time where you can)

Lift, run, eat & sleep.
