Still on training-light, but I show up. Today, my body decided it was a really, really light day.

Sigh. Sucks. Healing takes time...

But! There is such a thing as a habit of training so I show up, learn, do what I can, stay until the end, maybe swing sticks, a bokken, or do squats, push-ups if I feel so inclined.

Keeps the habit in place so, in a month, when I hit the three-month since date I don't have to re-start at ground zero.

Plus, it's awesome to hang out with the family.

I can envision the gains with this new equipment. Definitely recruiting so many muscles while Executing these exercises. Not to mention it was great working out with my bestie @troyashfordbjj, I’ve missed you. #arsenal #ufcgymnorthbrunswick #ironaddict #nextlevel #imcomingforyou #girlswholift
