If you have a body, you are an athlete.

Not “used to be.” Not “back in the day.” Right now.

Your body doesn’t know the difference between a competitive athlete and someone picking up their kids, their groceries, or their grandkids. It only knows the demands you place on it.

The physiology is the same for everyone. Fast-twitch fibers that need power work to stay strong. Grip strength that predicts more about your long-term health than almost anything else we can measure. An anaerobic system that keeps you explosive when you actually need it. A posterior chain that decides whether you’re protected or vulnerable.

None of this is reserved for people who compete. It’s built through training, and you already have everything you need to build it.

Swipe through, save this one, and start training today. Book your class now.

Some rooms you attend. Others you remember.

Honored to celebrate the launch of the July edition of Naples City Lifestyle at Prime Social Reserve. An evening where elegance met influence, conversations sparked opportunity, and every detail reflected the standard this city is known for.

A heartfelt congratulations to Lauren Wilson on being featured among an incredible group on the July cover. A beautiful accomplishment and a wonderful representation of this month’s edition. Love you, girlfriend 🫶🏼

The best part of the night wasn’t on the menu or in the décor. It was the people in the room.

If you know, you know. If you missed it… you’ll hear about it.
