Sustainability really is the boring solution.

A boring, consistent, sustainable routine will get you further than 99% of the shiny object fiends.

The real results are found in the boring day to day work.

So you might as well find a way to make the boring stuff more sustainable.

It will work.

This isn’t a regular workout plan.

It’s a 6-week transformation that rewires your body and your mindset—so you never need a fitness coach again.

If it doesn’t change your life, you get your money back.

No results = no payment. Period.

Spots are limited.

Message me here with questions or sign up immediately at the link in my bio.

I'll see you soon,

Troy
