Come and take a moment to relax your body and mind, release what feels heavy, and express yourself through watercolour from a calmer, more grounded place.

Winter invites us to turn inward and notice what is there. This is not always easy, as it can also bring us face to face with our shadows. But when we bring the light of presence to them, we can see ourselves more clearly and, from that place, plant new intentions.

What would you like to plant within yourself today?

📍My Secret Garden, 43 Wakefield, Onekawa, Napier

Guided by Ninoska, yoga teacher and watercolour artist and Stephie, psychologist and spiritual healer.

No experience needed- all levels are welcome 🌸

Grateful heart after such a beautiful day ✨🍂

Thank you to every soul who showed up, opened their heart, and allowed themselves to feel, release, and simply be. What we created together was truly magical… a space of softness, connection, and deep emotional release.

Days like this remind me how powerful it is when we come together with intention, when we allow ourselves to slow down, to trust, and to let go.

A special thank you to my beautiful @true.essence.art 🌷Nino 🤍
Holding this space with you was an honour. Your energy, your art, and your presence made this experience even more special.

My heart is full…
Thank you for trusting us, for sharing your energy, and for being part of this sacred circle.

With love,
Stephie ✨

🍂 Autumn Equinox Circle – Release & Rebalance 🍂
We invite you to join us for a nurturing circle — a loving and supportive space where emotions can gently surface, move, and be released.
Autumn is a natural time to pause, reflect, and gently let go of what feels ready to be released.
This special circle brings together slow movement, psychology, spirituality, and creative exploration as a way to practise letting go and trusting the process, supporting emotional release and restoring inner harmony.
During the circle we will explore:
✨ Yin Yoga to release tension and calm the nervous system
✨ Mindful breathing & soulful reflection to unlock and release stored emotions, relax the body, and connect with your inner wisdom
✨ Intuitive watercolour to express through painting, letting go of control and trusting the process
✨ Guided meditation for emotional liberation to soften the heart, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your soul.

No yoga or painting experience is needed — just a willingness to open your heart.
Limited spaces available. We would love to share this moment with you.
