Living in the assumption of the future destination. ✨

Celebrating Austria’s National Day in LA and bringing two worlds together. 🇦🇹🇺🇸

As a creative based in Austria, I’m continually learning from the American spirit, its possibility, openness, and multicultural energy. Connecting that inspiration with my Austrian roots in history, music, culture, and attention to detail.

I’m amazed by the warmth and spirit of the Austrian community in America. A little piece of home, with so many new possibilities. ❤️ I will take this spirt back over the ocean 🌊 with me,…

Thank you to Consul General Christine Moser and the Austrian Consulate General in Los Angeles for the invitation and Linda, for sharing this lovely evening with me.

Austrian Humans, Sachertorte, and Californian palms? My kind of combination. 😉🌴

Happy Re-Birthday, Austria! 🇦🇹✨

“Exercise is medicine.” But why—and how? 🧠✨

Another inspiring talk at the Cancer Schmancer Health Summit, with Ryan Glatt @glatt.brainhealth exploring the connection between movement, our brains, and how we feel.

What stayed with me? Being curious. Asking questions. Understanding how we can take better care of ourselves. ❤️

My brain was taking notes. My body was ready for some exercise. 🌿

So much wisdom to take in!🙏🏽💖✨

Thank you, @susancasselholland , for holding space for all the great wisdom shared and hosting Cancer Schmancer! And thank you, @officialfrandrescher , for your thought-provoking opening speech!❤️✨

My biggest takeaway: Keep asking WHY! What drives inflammation? What is our body responding to? Questions that stayed with me!💭🙏🏽

For me, the power of @cancerschmancer is encouraging us to ask better questions, understand our health, and become our own holistic health advocates!💖✨

Like and follow for more wisdom! What was YOUR biggest takeaway? Share below!👇🏽💖

Our first TRUE CREW. Gathering.

We knew it was going to be amazing. We just didn’t know how.

But now we know.

It was the people.

We created the space, and every single human being who showed up made it what it became.

Of course, after almost two weeks of beautiful weather, during the TRUE DAY evening there came rain, wind and a proper storm.

But nobody chickened out. We proved to be real outdoor beings! We squeezed closer together. We ate Karolina’s now-legendary lentil soup. We talked. Shared. Painted faces. Painted canvases. Grilled. Talked more. Danced. Watched moon coming out from behind the clouds. Got our hands dirty. Asked questions. Talked deep.

The next morning all of us squeezed into a former music band bus for breakfast because it was still cold outside. It became one of my favourite moments.

We talked about how to make sustainability sexy.
And the biggest realization was that before we try to create a more sustainable and regenerative world, we need to look at whether the way WE live and work is actually sustainable.

We need energy to give energy.

And we need each other.

Maybe being the lone wolf who handles everything alone isn’t that sexy after all.

For almost 24 hours, we created, shared, cooked, supported, listened, questioned, laughed, improvised and took care of each other.

And very soon a bunch of individuals started feeling a like a crew.

We created the space.
You made it TRUE. ❤️

Thank you, human beings. This was only the first one.

PS: A huge thank you to @gerhardhof_tirol for giving us this exceptional place where we could be so close to nature, while still having the luxury of warm beds waiting for us.

Plot twist: maybe it’s not over.
Maybe that dream isn’t dead.
Maybe it just needs an upgrade.

It’s never too late to upcycle the life you once imagined. 🚲✨

🏔️ FROM THE MOUNTAINS TO THE STAGE.

What can a team learn from 13 days climbing a vertical wall in Patagonia?
What happens when the plan fails, conditions change and turning back is no longer an option?

A lot, actually.

We’re excited to welcome Caro North to TRUE CREW. TALENTS. ❤️‍🔥

Professional alpinist. Mountain guide. Expedition leader. And now bringing her experiences to the stage.

3 topics. Real lessons for unknown terrain:

🏔️ MOTIVATION & CURIOSITY
What keeps us moving when the goal is still far away and why curiosity can be more powerful than certainty.

🧗 SUDAFRICANA, PATAGONIA
13 days in a vertical wall. A story about difficult decisions, trust and what happens when things don’t go according to plan.
