Our first TRUE CREW. Gathering.

We knew it was going to be amazing. We just didn’t know how.

But now we know.

It was the people.

We created the space, and every single human being who showed up made it what it became.

Of course, after almost two weeks of beautiful weather, during the TRUE DAY evening there came rain, wind and a proper storm.

But nobody chickened out. We proved to be real outdoor beings! We squeezed closer together. We ate Karolina’s now-legendary lentil soup. We talked. Shared. Painted faces. Painted canvases. Grilled. Talked more. Danced. Watched moon coming out from behind the clouds. Got our hands dirty. Asked questions. Talked deep.

The next morning all of us squeezed into a former music band bus for breakfast because it was still cold outside. It became one of my favourite moments.

We talked about how to make sustainability sexy.
And the biggest realization was that before we try to create a more sustainable and regenerative world, we need to look at whether the way WE live and work is actually sustainable.

We need energy to give energy.

And we need each other.

Maybe being the lone wolf who handles everything alone isn’t that sexy after all.

For almost 24 hours, we created, shared, cooked, supported, listened, questioned, laughed, improvised and took care of each other.

And very soon a bunch of individuals started feeling a like a crew.

We created the space. You made it TRUE. ❤️

Thank you, human beings. This was only the first one.

PS: A huge thank you to @gerhardhof_tirol for giving us this exceptional place where we could be so close to nature, while still having the luxury of warm beds waiting for us.
