Summer Smash Day 2! 🙌🏼🎉🎊

Filling my cup & my heart even more with everyone I spent time with on Friday! Seriously, I felt so incredibly blessed being surrounded with so many amazing humans & so much love & support!

I made even more incredible connections & memories that I'll never forget & continued to strengthen so many bonds that already meant a lot to me!

I got emotional with some of the conversations I had & it just made me appreciate this experience even more

Thank you to @anheuserbusch as well for bringing the Pham in again this year & Dustin Lynch put on one hell of a show too!

I know I keep saying this, but thank each & every one of you, you are what makes this community & event so special. Anyone that talked to me, wanted to take a pic with me, checked on me, I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I love every one of you ❤️

Day 2 of @1stphorm Summer Smash 25 did not disappoint!

Started the morning with a 2-mile run in the rain, Patriot Friday, explored the apparel store, back workout, live RealAF Podcast, Ruck with Michael Chandler and Alexa Grasso, ended the night socializing with great people at Anheuser-Busch!

It's no secret that most of 38 was not good at all for me & I spent a lot of that time in darkness & recent birthdays haven't been the best, with a couple of exceptions, but the past few weeks leading up to this birthday have been pretty amazing & special 💯🙏🏻❤

To be here to see another year on this planet after I almost took myself off of it is something I'm incredibly thankful for & proud of! I battled some of the hardest battles of my life over the past couple of years, but I made it through & I have a lot of incredible people to thank for helping me come through those dark times 💯💯👊🏻

I wouldn't have made it to see all of my Pham again less than a month ago & meet so many amazing people there & here at home as well ❤❤❤

Things have definitely turned around here lately, both physically, mentally, & emotionally. I'm still facing some scary health issues, but I have a stronger foundation to fight from & incredible, loving people by my side along the way!

Physically, injuries aside, I feel like I'm in the best shape I've been in!!! I've worked my ass off to get where I'm at & I believe age shouldn't be a factor as long as you're taking proper care if yourself! If I can do it, so can you!! I'm going to rock this 8 week challenge & show that age ain't nothing but a feeling & I encourage you to do the same! Anything is possible with the right people by your side!
