Nothing like having a nightcap with a couple of close friends!

I’m not a Therapist, but what I do is therapeutic.

Getting a good workout in, physically and mentally, is a Godsend.

We even vent a little bit too!

If you’re interested in joining, hit the DM for the details.

I’ll meet you under the bar!

Something that I’ll be doing every last Saturday of the month, I’ll call it the #LastCall 😎

@big_ty_russ issued the challenge,
@__2legit_ said that I was going to hit today.
I’m not one to disappoint people, “intentionally.”

God is Amazing…

God. Thank you for trusting me with this kindred soul. It was truly a privilege to be his guidance, his mentor, his safe space, his friend, his reassurance, his endearment…his Father.

Thanks to everyone, and I mean every one of you, for the continued support, continued check-in’s, continued prayers, more check-in’s, more prayers, phone calls, messages, comments, shared posts…everything. I sincerely appreciate it all within these last 36hrs. It has not gone unnoticed, I have been overwhelmed as you all can imagine.

I knew that my son was loved, but apparently I was wrong because Kenny was adored…and I love that for him…and I am forever proud, forever grateful for that young man. He fought HARD to stay with us in the flesh, he really did.

Please take the time to keep Jordan in your prayers as well. On the surface, she’s me…(literately) but please say a few words on her behalf. With that, family/friends, I’m tired, I’m not ok…his Mom is exhausted…I literately have nothing in reserve mentally or physically, grant us a little grace and understanding…time to rest. Thank you in advance.

Again, I appreciate all of you! I love you!

“How are you feeling?”
“How’s your recovery coming along?”
“Are you back in the gym yet?”
“Are you ok, feeling better?”

Thank you for your concern, I really appreciate it…however I hope that this answers your question(s)😎

Won’t write a book about this weekend, however😏

It’s true what they say, “The people make the party.”

To the 1st timers, I hope to see you at the next “Company BBQ.”😎
