Run Club race weekend! 🎉

We had a couple of Payson Run Club runners out doing some pretty awesome things this weekend!

From taking on HYROX in Salt Lake City to spending a few hours playing in the mud for 50K, we love seeing where everyone’s training takes them.

Huge congratulations to Emri and Brenden on their finishes!

And as always, if you have a race or event coming up, let us know! We want to celebrate what our Run Club community is out there doing. 🙌

Huge congratulations to Emri for completing HYROX Salt Lake City this weekend!

Run Club miles are only part of what our runners get up to, and we love getting to celebrate all the different ways this community challenges themselves.

Way to go, Emri!! 🎉

Another ultra in the books!

Brenden took on Gasping Through the Aspens 50K this weekend and made it through 31+ miles of trails, climbing, and A LOT of mud. 😂

Congratulations on another 50K finish!

It’s been a few months since we’ve posted here, and somehow a whole lot of life has happened in between. ❤️

We packed up our individual offices and moved into the same space, bringing TruBalance Bodywork and AlignedWest Chiropractic under one roof. We welcomed two ridiculously cute new babies into our home, while also having to say one of the hardest goodbyes to our sweetest girl, Sorcha. 🐾

Brenden started a run club, we’ve both been a little more active and adventurous this summer, and life has continued moving right along with us.

Mostly, we’ve just been quietly building our life together. Working, growing, making changes, spending time with the people and animals we love, and trying to enjoy the journey as it comes.

We may not always remember to post about it, but life has been pretty full around here. ❤️

Most people think they need more workouts.

More days.

More sweat.

More intensity.

But what they actually need is better movement.

5 intentional minutes a day can:
✔ reduce nagging pain
✔ improve range of motion
✔ help you train longer
✔ keep you consistent

That’s exactly what we teach at our Movement Workshop.

You’ll leave with:
• A simple 5-minute mobility routine
• Real connection with like-minded people
•Hands-on work from local pros
• And the feeling of moving the way your body was designed to

📍 March 21st
📍 Utah County (or join online)
🎗 Raising donations for a local nonprofit supporting cancer survivors and families

Comment “WORKSHOP” and I’ll send you the details.

We’ve never really been big Valentine’s Day people.

No big plans. No big production.

Just trying to say “I love you” in small ways all year long.

Trips. Inside jokes. Showing up.
That’s kind of our thing. 🤍
