A little wellness reset 🫧🤍

I recently went to @truerestfloatspa and had SUCH a good experience. The staff was so friendly, the entire facility was spotless, and I genuinely walked out feeling like my dopamine levels were through the roof 😂

As your beauty bestie, I’m big on taking care of yourself beyond just aesthetics. Looking good is great, but feeling good is just as important.

Safe to say I’ll definitely be back. 🥹🤍

TRUE REST CHARLOTTE ✨
📍906 PECAN AVE. CHARLOTTE, NC

If you are looking to relax & renew definitely consider trying @truerestclt 🧖🏻‍♀️ I headed over and tried out the new vitality suite and did a float- felt like a much needed break & reset.

Signature Float Therapy- Can be intimidating but overall is relaxing! Each private room features a state-of-the-art float pod filled with 10 inches of water and 1,000+ pounds of Epsom salt. This dense solution offers absolute weightlessness, taking the pressure completely off your spine and joints. You can customize your environment with serene colored lighting and music, or opt for pure darkness and silence. (I never shut the lid when I do float therapy lol)

The NEW Vitality Suite- this location features a specialized suite offering contrast therapy! (yay!) You can transition between an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and red light therapy to accelerate athletic recovery and combat joint inflammation. I loveee that they offer this!

Finish with Complimentary Oxygen Bar: Every session wraps up with access to an oxygen bar, letting you gradually re-enter the real world while breathing pure, aromatherapeutic oxygen. (love it)

Also- Don’t stress about packing-True REST supplies private showers, towels, earplugs, shampoo, body wash, and even prep solution to protect any small cuts from the salt water!

Also is located within walking distance of @eatsendlove which makes for literally the PERFECT day 😍

Reminder: rest & recovery is necessary! 🧖🏾‍♀️✨

I recently visited @truerestclt for a recovery session, enjoying the sauna, cold plunge and trying float therapy for the first time! I can’t float in real life, so imagine my surprise floating effortlessly in that tub of salt water 😂

And, it’s A LOT of salt! My one tip: shower thoroughly afterward or you’ll leave very salty. Literally lol

Since I’m still celebrating my birthday, I want to gift one of you a recovery day at True REST! 🎁💕

Apparently all I needed was an hour of doing absolutely nothing. 😂🤍

I tried @truerestclt for the first time and it was the ultimate reset. Cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy and then an hour floating in warm salt water with ZERO distractions.

The float was definitely my favorite part. You’re completely weightless and can just let your body relax while your brain finally gets a break.

Charlotte friends, would you try this?
