Kaylan Gonzalez spent years chasing psychedelics, shamans, and ceremony after ceremony looking for healing. Then he found Ram Dass, who had walked the same road, every substance, every experience, and landed on one conclusion. Anything with a beginning and an end is just an experience. You can only have so many of those before you realize the thing you're chasing was never outside you.

What's outside you will remind you what's within you. We look for healing in a mushroom, a retreat, a relationship, a new city. And sometimes those things do crack something open. But the medicine isn't the plant or the place. It's you. It was always you.

I love that Kaylan didn't dismiss the psychedelic work, he's honest about what it gave him. But he also got honest about its limits, and about the moment he realized meditation and stillness could take him to the same depth without the risk. That kind of honesty is rare.

2024 — RAW - a year that lives in my heart forever 🤍

The first image you see is incredibly vulnerable.
I was actually on my way to the bathroom, with my crutches. It was our closing ceremony. We were all dressed up, and then the rain began to fall. My cast got soaked, and we stayed there for hours.

And yet… it was so, so beautiful. I felt deeply grateful and admired Tata and Nana for their strength and dedication.

Tears were flowing.
After 21 days, we had built something that felt almost beyond words — a connection so deep, so raw, so real.

And I found myself in marie_mouchon ‘s arms.

It was the year that touched me on a very deep level. My first encounter with the depth and wisdom of Mayan culture, a true deep dive into cacao, talking to grandfather fire, and a new way of seeing the beauty of colors all around me.

Lake Atitlán, with its quiet power, held me in moments of wonder. The volcanoes, protectors. And even my broken foot became a teacher — one that changed everything. It showed me what it truly means to surrender… and to receive.

Now, in 2026, I feel the closing of this sacred chapter. A completion. A quiet knowing.

I am filled with gratitude for every encounter, every soul I crossed paths with in March 2024. Some of you are still walking beside me today, and I cherish that deeply.

This wasn’t just a month in Guatemala — it was a transformation. One that continues to shape my life in ways I’m still discovering.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Sitting, pausing
giving gratitude for the turn of life events that have brought me back to this place..

Exactly one year later and I’m in sitting in the same place that changed my life last year in Costa rica, yet back here with a years worth of knowledge, deep self discovery and continued life transitions

My entire trip down here this time was somewhat unexpected or somewhat sporadic, however also so Divine..

I followed this intuitive ping to book everything to Costa the morning of the LA fires, just hours before it all started, and then quickly realized how needed this trip was to get out of the area for a reset and to get clarity on what is happening..

My original plan was to come down for a little festival after my trip to Guatemala—

and then after taking an overnight 12 hr journey to get here, I find out the festival I came for is canceled day of 🫠

I trusted that I came all this way for a reason, and of course everything the past week has shown me that…

The magic of the energy here, the community i’ve been able to reconnect with, the talented musicians I’ve been around— plus a much needed reset and energy shift has been soooo needed

These last two months have continued to remind me of how necessary it is to release attachment or expectation to what you think your plans or life is supposed to look like.

It’s funny how that even when you try to plan things, that everything can change within a day.

I’m continuously learning to surrender and allowing Spirit to guide me to what is next..

I’m currently just living each day at a time, literally booking things by the day.

we shall see what unfolds next 🦋🌿✨

HELPLESS PARENTS IN A HELPLESS SOCIETY…

Although I don’t have children myself, more and more it is coming to my attention within my circle of friends, my family and in the collective, that parents are struggling.

Most children these days are highly sensitive, wise beyond their years and they struggle within the old structures. They might react to sensory overload and the toxicity in our food, water and environment in general.

Parents are blamed for not bringing up their children properly, are judged and asked questions like “what’s wrong with your child” They are feeling helpless and solutions that are proposed are often based on medical diagnoses and involve medication.

To see your child struggling, acting out, being punished, losing connection and being unhappy is heart breaking. You might think that you have tried everything and feel under pressure to succumb to the mainstream approach of treating children… an approach that is born out of overwhelm and a lack of resources.

I feel a big responsibility to change the way we are welcoming in and bringing up the new children who came to Earth. Are you with me?

It does not really matter if you believe in the idea of Starseed children or not. What does matter is, that our children today need a different kind of care, our parents need to be supported and our schools educated to change their old ways.

WE CAN change the system and actually we have to. Our children are suffering and there is nothing more important than making sure they thrive and can be their magnificent Selves. Our children are our future. Let’s make sure that we provide a fertile soil for them to grow.

Jede Reise, wirklich JEDE, begonnen mit Ägypten im Januar 2024 mit @surfersloungedahab , führt mich so tief wie in keinem Jahr zuvor. Mir ist sehr wohl bewusst, dass es vielen von uns so geht ☺️🌹

Das Thema, was mich durchweg begleitet ist meine Gesundheit und mein Umgang mit meinem Körper. Dabei begegnet mir auf allen Ebenen das Thema GRENZEN - physisch, energetisch, mental…

Ein Thema, was nicht überraschend ist bei meiner Geschichte, doch bei dem ich lerne, dass klare innere Grenzen nicht unbedingt Worte erfordern. Doch artikuliert werden dürfen!

Die innere Klarheit, die mir so oft fehlte, da Glaubenssätze und vergangene Traumata die Angst größer sein ließen.

Diese Klarheit ist eine Haltung, ein Gefühl, Gedanken…Es ist eine Neuausrichtung des gesamten Systems, meines, die auch einem Tod nahe kommt.

Denn ein Teil von mir ist bereit zu gehen, da der Neue wächst und Kraft bekommt.

Dabei klopfen meine alten Muster noch an die Tür. Denn meist geht das Alte nur dann, wenn wir wirklich bereit sind etwas zu ändern und uns dem Unbekannten zuwenden!

Eines der Muster ist eine Härte, die es mir nur schwer erlaubt Pausen zu machen. Was ich dabei vor allem lerne ist, dass ich gerade dieser Härte liebevoll begegnen muss, dass auch sie sich entspannen kann💐

Wenn du gerade im Kampf bist und merkst, dass du dich auf der Überholspur fast überschlägst, entscheide dich zu bremsen. Auch, wenn die Unruhe dann größer wird. Es muss nicht alles gleich passieren. UND hab Mitgefühl und Geduld mit dir🌸
