Executive Club is a private business mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

Member Feedback: Jarrett Tronge on why he joined and why men like this are so hard to find.

Jarrett runs RoofBooked and Tronge Training, and he joined for the brotherhood: men who think and move with the same high-performing mentality, with no egos and with real morals and values behind how they build.

When we asked why a community like that is so rare, his answer was simple. Real ambition is rare.

Most of us have friends we’ve known for years, built on history we wouldn’t trade.

As you keep growing, though, you start looking for men who are building at the same pace, who understand the pressure, and who push you further every time you’re around them.

That’s the community Jarrett found here, and it’s why Executive Club exists.

Executive Club is a private mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

2 weeks ago, we sat down with Daniel Lopez, Principal at Romero Capital, for our Fireside Chat, The Capital Behind the Deal.

Daniel walked the community through what gets funded and why, and then went past the numbers into the mindset that separates a decade of average results from something great.

Nights like this give members a level of expertise most men never get direct access to, from someone who sees what works across hundreds of deals every month.

Just as valuable is seeing up close what is possible when you keep building, and walking out with a clearer picture of how far your own business can go.

Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your time and experience with the community.

Executive Club is a private mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

Pedro has been part of Executive Club for nearly 2 years, and when we asked about his favorite connections, he named Amit and Harrison.

Two men he has watched grow since the early days, and two relationships that would never have happened without this community.

His favorite memory is the mastermind, because sitting at a table with men who see your situation from different angles gives you a clearer view of the problem and a real way through it.

He closed on the part most men never find: a space where the guys can open up to each other, be honest about what they are working through, and help each other get through it.

That honesty is what turns a community into a brotherhood.

Member Feedback: what Executive Club has done for Pete Griffith’s business.

Pete runs Black Knight Solutions, a concrete company that keeps scaling. When we asked what the community has done for his business so far, his answer came down to systems and the overall smoothness of how the business runs.

As he grows, Pete has a group of operators to pressure-test ideas with and proven systems to borrow from members who have already put them in place.

Recent moves like bringing on a driver and building a tracking system for his builder outreach have freed up more of his time for sales, so the business runs smoother with every stage of growth.

Thank you to Daniel Lopez, Principal at Romero Capital, for an evening that gave our community a rare seat on the lending side of the table.

Daniel broke down what gets funded and why, then went deeper into the mindset that separates great results from average ones. Every member left with sharper thinking for his next deal and a higher standard for how fast he moves.

Executive Club is a private mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

Why he joined: Pedro Acosta.

Pedro is an operator & investor, competes in MMA out of Modern Warrior MMA, and he’s been part of Executive Club for nearly 2 years.

When he joined, he was looking for men who build on every front: creating wealth, living out their faith, staying fit, and becoming the whole man.

What he found is a community of like-minded men working to maximize every area of their lives at once.

Business, fitness, faith, and brotherhood all get sharpened in the same circle, so every part of his life levels up alongside the men building the same way.

Executive Club is a private mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

Member Spotlight: Pedro Acosta.

Pedro is an operator and investor, and he has been a part of the community since the beginning.

He is also the one who put together our private training session at Modern Warrior MMA, which tells you how he thinks about brotherhood. It is something you build for the guys around you, not something you wait for.

Guys who have been here from the start set the standard for how much you give, and every man who joins after inherits it. We took some time with Pedro to talk about what the community has meant to him.

Executive Club is a private mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

As the Founder, a lot of my week goes into coffee chats, DMs, calls, and lunches. That is the actual work of building this, and it is how every member gets found.

When I first moved to Charlotte I went to a lot of networking events looking for guys who were serious about what they were building and genuinely wanted to see other people win.

What I mostly found was business cards changing hands and everyone sizing up what they could get out of the person in front of them.

So I started curating for the opposite. Guys aligned on values, character, and mindset, who show up to pour into each other.

Finding one of those at a networking event is a needle in a haystack…

So I built a room full of needles.

Member Feedback: Pete Griffith, Black Knight Solutions.

We asked Pete for his favorite memory since joining, and he went straight to the rooftop happy hour at Merchant and Trade. Not for the venue, but for the guys that were there with him.

Everyone giving their own advice on each other’s businesses… “two cents here and two cents there… adds up to a dollar pretty quick.”

I curate and provide access to a network I’ve been building over years, and it’s compounding every single day.

I talked to 11 new entrepreneurs this week and it’s only Wednesday. I talk to a ton of people to find the select few that will actually be a good fit.

That’s how curation works… and most people can’t and wont do that.
