Executive Club is a private business mastermind community for young high-performing men building businesses, wealth, and brotherhood in Charlotte.

Member Feedback: Jarrett Tronge on why he joined and why men like this are so hard to find.

Jarrett runs RoofBooked and Tronge Training, and he joined for the brotherhood: men who think and move with the same high-performing mentality, with no egos and with real morals and values behind how they build.

When we asked why a community like that is so rare, his answer was simple. Real ambition is rare.

Most of us have friends we’ve known for years, built on history we wouldn’t trade.

As you keep growing, though, you start looking for men who are building at the same pace, who understand the pressure, and who push you further every time you’re around them.

Being a man means deciding each and every day how you want to come across in the world.

Thinking of the ideal version of yourself.

The man that your children will look up to.

The man that your grandchildren will brag about.

The man that your wife would be proud to call her own.

Sometimes that means making the difficult decisions.

Sometimes that means carrying the weight of responsibility and stress, even when no one gives you thanks for it or acknowledges it.

Sometimes that means dealing with the “little jokes” by close friends and family, or criticisms of people that don’t even know you, while staying focused on what you know is best.

The boy dreams. The man works.

The boy hopes. The man makes it happen.

The boy wishes. The man decides.

I understood long ago that this world does not care for a man other than what he can provide to it.

Don’t use that as fuel for bitterness or resentment. Understand your role in society and perform your duty accordingly.

As men, we are given strength, ambition, and purpose for a reason. Use it wisely. by @trumanshooker
