Sometimes my freestyle is the best.
Sometimes my freestyle is the worst 😂

Either way, we keep going.

They thought I was done.

To be fair, so did I 😂

Off the top at The Coffee Haus NYC 🗽

Sometimes the beat stops and there’s still something left to say

Big love to Amber and the @nycthecoffeehaus community for always giving such good vibes 💓

“He rides away!”

…and then I didn’t 😂

Big ups to @cameroncard for these clips. I appreciate you and your boys’ good vibes while I slam-danced with this wall

If you think about the rhyme, then you’re not listening 🎤👂

One of my favorite moments from Freestyle Fitness in Belfast 🇬🇧

Freestyle gets a whole lot easier when you stop trying to plan the perfect next line and start actually listening to what’s happening around you.

Big love to the whole crew for bringing the ENERGY 😂💓 and to @paulmone + @BelfastImpro for having me

Belfast on that BS 😂🇬🇧

Y’all understood the assignment.

Wrote this song almost 15 years ago.
Never imagined I’d be performing it in Belfast with a room full of people chanting “Bullsh!+” while I rapped over them.

Life is weird. I dig it 🤙😁

Big love to @belfast_improv @_paulmone for rocking with me and thank you for filming this K-Snare @kieransands 💓

Amsterdam 🇳🇱

Came to teach. Stayed to play. Ate well. Made friends. Apparently died for a little bit 😂

Big love to @boomchicago @boomchicagoacademy for having me, @yogainactionwithkaro and Bruno for hosting me, everyone who came through for the workshop, and all the beautiful humans who made Amsterdam feel like home for a few days

One of my favorite stops on the run 💓
